When you do not have a stable internet connection, accessing the learning materials of the different courses becomes a problem. If this problem persists for a long time, one lags behind, and the employee's set graduation date or completion date becomes delayed, showing that the expected outcomes in learning are not achieved. Furthermore, the issue of supervision arises because the learning in Coursera for Business is self-paced and done based on the learner's motivation. When they are demotivated or do not feel motivated to learn, nobody is there to pressure or motivate them to do so. If the learner becomes unmotivated, it means that they lag behind in the curriculum and the intended purpose is never achieved.

Another improvement needed is regarding the subscription cost. Coursera for Business is not available for use free of charge; you have to subscribe to their packages, and some of those packages are quite costly, leading small users or businesses to find it not worthy of the investment and shy away from using the platform.

Our data team, about two or three people, have been enrolled on Coursera for Business, especially for the course on statistics, introduction to statistics, and also some machine learning courses on AI and AI for businesses, particularly for their data roles. They have taken several courses and trainings.

For the staff that have taken the courses on Coursera for Business, they perform much better when it comes to productivity and efficiency rate compared to other staff that have not enrolled. The business has experienced turnover in the number of downloads on our app, then the user-friendliness, which boils down to the way we have used data to improve the features, improve the user experience, and the graphic user interface.

Coursera for Business has included on their platform the assurance that all the data and information on that platform are secured and well protected. There are data protection regulations, so the governance and security is up to par.

I think there is variable quality among courses. Sometimes some courses go into very long depth, but some courses lack the depth that is required for that particular course. The cost is also a concern, as for enterprise level, the course can be expensive. However, if you are a small team, you can opt for other trainings or other platforms if you do not have that budget. If you have a budget and a large team, then Coursera for Business is very good.

I would like to add one more thing. There is no direct interaction between the trainer and the learner, so Coursera for Business could introduce some features like a coach connection or trainer connection so that learners or students who have purchased that course can be in touch.

I have been using Coursera for Business for more than 1.5 years in my current company and utilizing its benefits, performance, and courses to elevate my learning experience.
