A project management tool that helps to manage milestones and dependencies
We use the product to design online courses. It also helps us with media production and marketing.  Teamwork has made process management easier and much better. It is very robust and improves by making a lot of changes. It is easy to use and has lots of reports. The product is expensive. It needs…

Easy to tag people and has a form system to collect information but cannot work in multiple channels simultaneously
There are several areas where Wrike could improve. First, it doesn't allow accessing multiple channels simultaneously, which would be useful. Transferring data from one project to another is also difficult. It would be easier to work on parallel tasks across different projects. I've noticed others facing similar issues when I check the chat on their website. The tool should also improve coordination between external stakeholders and collaborators. It should also integrate financial features.

"Gantt charts and its robust functionality allows for almost all project management to be done on the gantt chart view itself, from creating tasks to adding dependencies."

"Yes, we had one solution, but it didn't have many features which we found in Wrike during the trial period."

"The screen sharing provided by the solution can be a challenge to a user. Screen sharing is an area that needs improvement in the solution."
"The product is expensive. It needs to have a more robust and customizable calendar."
"Unfortunately there are a few dislikes: Various exports like the whole folder structure with the users who are directly shared with or the users/collaborators full list is not working."
"The reoccurring tasks feature needs to be improved."
