Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Helps to build invoices but needs to improve the issue with bugs
I use the solution to build invoices for tenants or vendors.  The tool has bugs and breaks down at times.  I have been using Zoho Vault for a long time.  I would rate the tool's stability a seven out of ten.  I would rate Zoho Vault's scalability a seven out of ten. My company has 20-30 users…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I do a lot of account access to many different systems both at work and in my personal life, and Keeper makes my sign-on a simple process, so I no longer write down passwords in unsafe ways."
"Available for Windows platforms and also Mac OS and Linux systems."
"We are more organized and know that our data is protected."
"It syncs with all devices and supports all platforms."
"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has had a positive impact on my organization because it allows us to secure all of our clients' passwords in a secure and legal way in Zero Trust mode."
"Customer Service: Excellent, had an issue early on with access permissions and they fixed it quick like champs."
"Keeper is rock solid for business and personal use."
"I use Keeper every day, all day long for personal and business use to store and remember more than 100 passwords for the various websites I work on and manage."
"I use the solution to build invoices for tenants or vendors."

Cons

"Maybe a sort of category organizer to help with organizing passwords for different things, such as banking, medical, shopping, and school."
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections."
"Lower the price."
"Ability to set up password profiles that can predefine custom fields and password complexity."
"I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO management, which is a little iffy at times."
"I would like to see a way to store files and photos in the next update. If it already does this, I have yet to explore it."
"In my opinion, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved by allowing the creation of templates, basically role templates, that we could deploy to other clients without having to go through the Commander CLI, but rather through the graphical interface."
"The technical support has no experience."
"The tool has bugs and breaks down at times."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It's definitely worth it and affordable. Their sales team can definitely help scale your needs on licensing and provide pricing options."
"Its cost is relative to the value of the information stored in Keeper."
"Just buy the yearly subscription."
"The more users, the better the price. Always opt for the live support."
"The pricing is available on the vendor's website."
"We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
"Pricing might be a little less, but with promo codes and family plan - best offer"
"Free works unless the paid is absolutely necessary."
"Zoho Vault is cheap."
