"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.""The most valuable features are easy integration, quick tab to develop, quick tab to market, and interactive integration platform.""It's easy to understand, makes flows and is efficient.""Their automation and workflows are very strong, and you can build the workflows very easily and quickly.""It is very easy to use. It takes complex workloads away, and it provides very smooth integration. It has got a lot of out-of-the-box connectors. It has got a lot of out-of-the-box APIs, which makes it really easy to integrate with applications for different use cases, whether it is in finance, HR, or customer operations. It is by far our favorite integration product.""It is easier to use than other technical open-source technologies.""Workato is low code, intuitive, and easy to use."

It has a drag and drop functionality which makes it easy to connect environments.""Zapier luckily has a wide range of integrations, I would say.""Zapier's interface, for me, is the solution's greatest value proposition. It is designed and developed for people who don't have a clue about what they're trying to do. It has a very user-friendly interface.""The ability to connect web applications to trigger actions in another app after having enriched, formatted, delayed, grouped, and filtered is really valuable for many businesses.""The most valuable aspect of this solution is that it is very intuitive and has a very flat learning curve.""What's most valuable in Zapier is its simplicity, seamlessness, and smooth plug-in, so you won't need to build code for every action. Cons
"In the past few months, there have been some server downtimes during work hours that have affected some critical scheduled integrations.""Its API management capabilities need improvement.""Sometimes additional connectors are needed.""The initial setup can be a little bit difficult.""Looping through complex data structures can be difficult.""I know with Salesforce updating the UI like they did, it slowed it down a lot.""There were some bugs in the product. For example if you run a delete query and test, it deletes the actual data.""You need to have some development skills or hire a Jitterbit engineer to make changes."

More Jitterbit Harmony Cons →

"It is tedious to make a tailor-fit function.""The only minor drawback would be if there was a UI at the front of it, for apps and for a portal as well, it would make it really easy. It would be really useful if there were more apps capabilities.""From the deployment point of view, our customers encounter platform downtime where it does not serve the actual request on the systems.""The management dashboard in the solution is an area with shortcomings that needs improvement.""A limitation is that their cloud presence is only in North America and Europe.""Workato's Extract, transform, and load (ETL) and extract, load, and transform (ELT) are not very strong and could be improved for very complex transformations.""I would like to see the dashboarding and reporting processes improved."

More Workato Cons →

"After mapping them out, and they'd worked for a while, I've had Zapier fail.""Being able to share Zaps and organize them with teammates would allow sharing and refining scenarios and even combining steps that require different people's credentials.""With Zapier, improvements are required in the areas of concerns like bugs, ease of use, and documentation.""There is room for improvement in the support. They are not responsive, and they don't take much time to get resolved.""It could support various languages along with Python.""Zapier needs to improve in the same way most RPA solutions should, such as Robocorp, Make, or UiPath. They are not good at helping you find the connections that you need for the problem that you have. For example, if need something on Instagram. I'm going to have to do research for hours to be able to find the components or the app, which is going to do what I need it to do. It makes it difficult to use the system when you don't know what to use.""My biggest concern with Zapier would be their pricing strategy.""It is not worth the money if you have a little bit of a technical mind...Zapier is not able to set up different modules. When automation doesn't work, it's not that easy to find why it didn't work."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Each business needs to determine if it is a mission critical aspect."
  • "The added bonus is that Jitterbit doesn't charge for any data volume/traffic."
  • "I do believe Jitterbit has one of the better pricing and licensing options out there compared to its competitors."
  • "Jitterbit was extremely cost effective for us compared to other options."
  • "The Jitterbit price is based upon endpoints. They also offer ERP connectors with their Enterprise edition"
  • "The solution's cost is mid-ranged compared to other vendors."
  • More Jitterbit Harmony Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "On a scale of one to ten, the pricing is around a six. We have a consumption model and the pricing is higher. If you are using any kind of ML-based approach, machine learning, or some advanced analytics, you may have to pay more."
  • "Speaking about price, I would say that it's market-related. Also, there are costs in addition to the standard license fees since different add-ons depend on what you require."
  • "Workato is an expensive solution."
  • More Workato Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "There is a free plan that is, of course, limited. However, it allows you to understand and check true scenarios for a while."
  • "Think your Zaps through to make sure you don't use more Zaps than you need."
  • "It's very straightforward licensing. There's only one cost you have to pay, and if you want a relevant pricing plan, I think you have two or three different models or packages which include the number of notifications or Zaps, as they call it, that you can program."
  • "The price of Zapier is approximately $75 monthly."
  • "Zapier is a paid service. Its license renews monthly, and Zapier will downgrade your subscription to the free version when your credit card doesn't have funds. That significantly impacts your service because everything halts completely. Zapier doesn't have any hidden costs."
  • "Per task, there is a monthly plan involving 15 euros...Also, in different forms, they just give you the ability to use different features. They charge 18.58 euros for the first standard plan, which includes 750 tasks. So, it is about 25 cents per task."
  • "It's very affordable."
  • "The least expensive plan is $24 a month, and you can go all the way to $800 a month if you're a huge company using many tasks."

Zapier is a tool for primarily non-technical users to connect together web apps.

An integration between two apps is called a Zap. A Zap is made up of a Trigger and one or more Actions or Searches.

Whenever the trigger happens in one app, Zapier will automatically perform the actions or searches in another app in order.

Zaps are very lightweight and easy to set up. Zaps do not import or export old data (they only operate on new items created after the Zap is enabled). Zaps are also not kept in sync ("two way syncing") after the Zap is triggered.

Zaps are deceivingly simple if you're used to dealing with complex and difficult integrations. Their simplicity is what enables anyone to create them.
