Improvements could be made for Dice Tech Recruiting, such as verifying the profiles uploaded by individuals outside the US who are pretending to be in the USA. This would help recruiters reach out to the right candidates, potentially by adding a feature for verification with an ID. I would like to add that while I use mostly Boolean search on Dice Tech Recruiting, sometimes there are glitches resulting in irrelevant results being shown, which does not help in finding the right match. I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting should only provide profiles that match our searches. I believe I have covered all the suggestions I could make for improvements needed in Dice Tech Recruiting, but I remain open to suggesting additional features in the future as different scenarios may appear.

Pros

"I would suggest to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting to go with Dice without having any other thoughts in mind because this is one of the good platforms where you get good results when searching for technical roles."
"Dice Tech Recruiting positively impacts my organization by supporting us in finding good resources with genuine knowledge and experience about the technology we are submitting for candidates."
"Dice Tech Recruiting has impacted our organization positively, and we have generated a huge amount of revenue, achieving approximately 50% growth."
"Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by helping us fill roles faster."
"With overall five years of experience with Dice Tech Recruiting, I feel it is a good platform to find suitable consultants and submit them with that client."

Cons

"They could add more intelligence features in the workflow through automation."
"Regarding pricing, the cost is somewhat high compared to other job portals, but the interface, flexibility of use, and user interface are excellent."
"The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too."
"My biggest frustration with Dice Tech Recruiting is that while searching with Boolean, I sometimes find irrelevant resumes, as not all skills I search for are highlighted in the profiles."
"I would appreciate more platforms having proper job titles and skills that we need to verify."
"I would like to request that if someone uploads their profile on Dice Tech Recruiting, at least an email ID should be required."
"I would say its accuracy and reliability of output is average at best, as AI only operates based on algorithms, which means it does not fully comprehend the specific skills I need to evaluate in a profile."
"I believe Dice Tech Recruiting could improve by providing me the candidate email ID because I have sometimes not received it."
"I would like to add that while I use mostly Boolean search on Dice Tech Recruiting, sometimes there are glitches resulting in irrelevant results being shown, which does not help in finding the right match."
