My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to source people for the requirements we receive. I can provide a specific example of how I use Dice Tech Recruiting for sourcing candidates: we have filled many roles including Java developers, .NET developers, and project program managers. I regularly use Dice Tech Recruiting for sourcing the right candidates.

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to find the right candidate and to evaluate both string and Boolean criteria. I use everything, including the filters. The main filters are for the type of category I am looking for, whether it is W2 or corp-to-corp, and full-time positions. I am flexible with whatever arrangement is available. Recently, I used a simple Boolean search in Dice Tech Recruiting for Java positions, and I was able to specify a senior candidate level. I can use it to filter for the specific years of experience required, and I can use it for the specific location, so I can easily choose or specify that particular location. This allows me to easily find the right candidate. The best features that Dice Tech Recruiting offers are the main filters I use on a daily basis because I rely on the Boolean search, filters, and skill set options, or to identify the type of candidate I am seeking, whether full-time or contract positions. These are the main and major skills and features I use. There is an option for text messaging on Dice Tech Recruiting, which means if I appreciate the profile, I can easily send a text message along with the candidate's email. If the candidate is interested, my connection is easily accepted, and then I can connect with them as well.
When I receive requirements from clients, I use Dice Tech Recruiting for sourcing by entering a search string, and once I get quality candidates, I call them or submit them. I use Dice Tech Recruiting for finding candidates, particularly high-quality candidates.
