I would appreciate more platforms having proper job titles and skills that we need to verify. Dice Tech Recruiting should also verify the experience candidates are updating in their resumes. Additionally, they should verify the phone numbers and email addresses.

If there were an option for changes in Dice Tech Recruiting, such as some AI support, adding features to make it easier to create the Boolean string would be beneficial, and I could save time as well. I could paste the job description into Dice Tech Recruiting and have AI generate the Boolean string for the specific skills, which would be very helpful for me. Before concluding, I want to say I am satisfied with Dice Tech Recruiting because my experience has been very good for the last three to four years, and I have been continuously working with it. If there were to be some changes, adding AI would make Dice Tech Recruiting easier to use.

Everything is fine with Dice Tech Recruiting and does not need improvement. I have no additional thoughts about Dice Tech Recruiting as everything is good.

I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved by enabling a connection with LinkedIn or finding more relevant profiles. If a profile is not registered on Dice, we could leverage LinkedIn and get the profiles to Dice from there. If we can enable this to connect with LinkedIn or if we can find more relevant profiles, it would be a good feature I would suggest.
