Flexible plans, stable, and scalable
I used another solution at the same time, which was far worse. The American company I worked for used a similar file-sharing solution called LeapFile, a secure file transfer service. Personally, I found Citrix ShareFile to be much better than LeapFile, which was quite clunky. I later used a solution called Egnyte, which my company used as its main file transfer solution, though I'm not sure if it's still in use. The company moved to Egnyte because it is more of an enterprise-level solution. Egnyte was expensive, but it worked. I believe Citrix ShareFile is aimed at smaller to medium-sized organizations, making it a more appropriate solution than Egnyte due to its pricing.

Secure data, helpful support, but more duplication file management needed
Microsoft OneDrive could improve because it doesn't support backing up .PST files, which are Outlook data files, and email archives. This is a substantial setback when it comes to Microsoft OneDrive. There are times when there are some syncing issues. The resolution of the sync issues could be more user-friendly. When you keep on uploading on Microsoft OneDrive, there are a lot of duplicate files which keep adding. There should be some mechanism to identify the duplicate files, and then clean them up in an automated way. Microsoft OneDrive could check for the duplicate files which are exactly the same and give recommendations in terms of, which one to delete, to allow more free space. A type of cleanup function.

"It's pretty easy to learn. Once someone taught me, I was able to navigate it quite easily."
"They have support for integration with a lot of tools."
"It is free if you use Microsoft Office 365."

Cons

"The initial setup is a bit clunky."
"The area that can be improved is to be able to share easily with folks outside the organization and with folks who don't have an office account. Sometimes, when you send a link, you might have some form of repetition. If you don't know how to share it properly, whoever you are sharing it with will have issues using it. Also, the link that you use to share a document can be made a bit shorter. It doesn't have to be long. Typically, when you want to share a document, it has everything, such as the name of the organization, SharePoint, etc. A short URL will be easier to use, and it will just make life easier, especially because a lot of people are now going mobile. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version of Microsoft OneDrive, similar to Google Drive. If they don't have a mobile app, it would also be nice to have a mobile app because that would help in checking out your documents. It would be easy to check your documents on the go on your phone."
"Recent functionality changes have actually made the product more confusing to use."
"The solution has sub-folders, which are visible to various team members. If you want to ensure the information is private, you would need to have a certain level of seniority in the office."
"No one gets an alert when files are deleted."

"I give the cost of the solution a five out of five."
"Costwise, it is a great option. In most cases, it is a free space, which will be more than enough for most customers."
"The licensing is expensive and on a yearly basis."
"Using this software, it has had an amazing impact moneywise on our business. It allows us to share documents without the need of extra hardware."
"The price of Microsoft OneDrive is reasonable and compatible with competitors."
"OneDrive comes with Microsoft 365 so it is just an added part of that package."
"We pay a lot for the Enterprise version, but it is a premium service."
