We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users.""The product enables the users to automate the processes and provides a good user experience.""The natural notation is the best feature of Bizagi because it makes it compatible with other products.""Agility, reverse engineering, customized portal web, help desk and user guides, easy deployment, simple to modify.""The solution's simulation capabilities are the most valuable aspects.""The tool helps to improve business processes and have better KPIs. Also, it is easy to use. Our developers find it easy to learn.""The API is pretty straightforward.""Business process modelling and simulation."

"Discovery and root cause analysis""I have found the most valuable features of QPR ProcessAnalyzer to be Process Discovery, KPIs, definition, and dashboarding. These are the main features we are working on."

Cons
"When you start working with information modeling, et cetera, here is no really good solution for the data modeling and information modeling.""It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services.""Cloud support for their process mapping tool could be better. To map all your processes in any way and call your data, you need to download their on-premise setup or their desktop setup. Cloud support for process mapping is limited, and they should work on that.""Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them.""The product used to have a simulation feature, which I had used quite often. However, it's since been discontinued. It might have originally been a paid feature. It would be nice if they could bring it back and offer it for free.""One of the features which could be improved is machine learning. Even though this product has been working on this topic, we can see that it still requires improvement.""The tool is expensive and it should improve its pricing."

Cutting-edge process mining: The fast track to improved business performance
Taking the time to study the flow of your operations is always a good idea – no matter how your business is doing. When things are going well, you may discover ways to make them even better. And if it's not going so well, you need to be sure to understand the real rather than the perceived nature of the problem.

So what's the best way to analyze your operations?
There are basically two options. The first is to ask employees, customers and other stakeholders for feedback. The second way is Process Mining. In other words: you ask the data.

Gathering information from the people involved with your business can be very valuable, but it may not give you the full picture. Process Mining with QPR ProcessAnalyzer will.

QPR ProcessAnalyzer is an enterprise-grade software product for advanced process mining. Smart, quick-to-install, and easy-to-use, it rapidly studies your operational data and immediately identifies concrete ways to improve your business.
