There are two primary improvements of the Asigra platform with the recent version 13.1 SP1: Virtualization: a tremendous variety of data protection solutions for virtual machines, and Cloud-2-Cloud for Office 365, Google, Amazon, etc., making this a full package of data protection platform.

They should have 24/7 support for customers in different time zones. They are slow to respond to requests, and I get the impression that the ServiceDesk is overloaded.

At present, downloading the relevant files and placing them into a directory on the DS-System is a little cumbersome and open to error/malicious use.
