Articulate 360 is a good repository, and it's a good collection of different programs like Storyline, Rise, and Studio. They're all good and have value for our organization.

Articulate 360 got me out from different offering tools that did not offer the same capabilities or usability that Articulate 360 offers. It's really hard to explain it without diving into other tools and just telling how awful they were. Articulate 360 was a revelation for everyone in my field. The solution was very powerful and easy, and I can do so many different things. It just kept going and going, and it snowballed into this thing where it's now the industry standard, and that's really helpful.

It's really nice that Articulate 360 keeps everything up to date and does automatic updates, which I don't have to schedule. The solution is hot, live, and active. It's really nice that the solution can update, and the updates are very streamlined and don't take too long.

Articulate 360 could have a better video editor and make their audio editor a little more robust.

I have been using Articulate 360 for ten years.

I've seen only one outage with the solution. Unlike Microsoft 365, Storyline doesn't have to do an online check.

Articulate 360 has a really great repository of help and support stuff. It's well worth the time. Even if you're not having a technical issue and you would like some ideas and some inspiration, that's a great place to go.

We previously used Lectora, D2L (Desire2Learn), and dominKnow's Claro and Flow. We chose Articulate 360 because its price points and usability were better compared to all the other ones. With Articulate 360, fewer tickets go to the IT department in terms of scalability or even just user errors.

There are some elements of Articulate 360 that you have to download and install because they are so robust. The cloud-based options like Rise are really nice. There is some deployment, but if you can install iTunes, you can install Articulate 360.

We have seen a return on investment with Articulate 360.

Even a small company can get good value out of Articulate 360. You have to know what you want exactly. The entire Articulate 360 suite is a lot to take on if you're not going to use all of it. However, if you really want all those great development tools they offer, it is well worth it.

I am using the latest version of Articulate 360. Articulate 360 is deployed on-cloud in our organization.

I would ask users to give it a little more time than you would on Rise. Go through all of the different tools and get a sense of how they can work together to make something special.

Overall, I rate Articulate 360 a nine out of ten.

We use the product to create training courses.

Articulate 360 helps us with trackable branching scenarios. We can create a course quickly, make it interactive, and load it to LMS to track responses.

The platform's most valuable feature is trackability with an interactive element. We can track questions seamlessly compared to Google Forms.

There could be more tutorials available on the platform for new users. At present, there are a lot of optional features, and it wastes time to learn all of those things. Instead, there could be streamlined tutorials for a specific outcome or to accomplish a specific goal. Additionally, the product's price could be better.

The initial setup process has a moderate complexity. It is more of a learning curve.

The product only generates an ROI if the project lasts longer than the trial.

The product is expensive.

We evaluated some products that are interactive and have a tracking feature. Later, we decided to go for Articulate 360, which works well for user engagement and feature utilization.

I rate Articulate 360 a seven out of ten. I advise others to prepare before you start the work. They should get as many tutorials as possible from people familiar with the product. It is a significant learning curve and takes time to figure out the functionality.

We use Articulate 360 for micro-learning and self-paced training. 

The most valuable features are the speed of development and professionalism of the output that comes from the system. It is also easy to translate to LMS or LXP systems. The storyline tool is also good for more advanced projects. The product has an integrated review valuable tool for getting quick feedback collected in one place while training is being developed.

Articulate 360 is slow to implement future enhancement requests. We would also like to see more flexibility in the layout of the courses.

Articulate 360 is a little bit expensive, but we get a decent value for money.
