I use Adobe Sign for basic things only. My main job does not require me to use it. Usually, I just use it for signing in PDF files.

Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use.

Since I'm using the older version, I'm unaware of the current changes in the solution. So, I'm only using it to sign and send PDF files. The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed. Also, in future releases of the solution, some options to protect the document, after which it cannot be modified, would be great.

I have been using Adobe Sign for the past year. I am using an older version of the solution.

It is a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

It is a scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten. Around ten people in my company use the solution. In our company, we do not have any plans to increase the number of users using the solution.

The solution's initial setup was straightforward. Another team carried out the deployment process in our organization. So, I don't know how much time it took for them. Only installing it is a simple process. Just for my single application, I can install it on my PC, and it just gets installed in five minutes.

Regarding the solution's deployment to maintenance, it's a solution you can manage by yourself.

As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution.

I can recommend the solution to others. However, nowadays, there are free solutions that are available for e-signing. So, I think free solutions are available if you do not require something specific and just want a simple document while trying to save on costs. In short, one should explore first and then go with the solution. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
