Robocorp is similar to any other tool. The difference is that it has a great opportunity to inbuilt Python within the product so that we'll have many doors open for AI or chatbot, and also, what is coming is still years. It would be great if Python is the background for Robocorp. That's what my personal understanding is after seeing the product.

In terms of licenses, there is a return on investment in that area. Other products are charged based on the licenses. However, Robocorp is not doing it that way. They are charging based on a run basis. Therefore, in that way, the company might benefit in terms of license costs and the return on investment, considering what they are putting in and what they are getting out of it.

Robocorp is based on Python, which is great because the future is Phyton. It supports Python runtime because of that, runtime also improves. Like any other RPA tool that I use, the performance also increases because of Python.

They should fully develop Robocorp Studio because it would attract a lot of people to the Robocorp platform. Right now, they have Visual Studio Code for traditional coding. If they are providing any studio with drag-and-drop functionality, it will help upcoming developers or CDM developers.

I have been using this tool for the past six months. I don't use it frequently, maybe just on weekends, but I'm familiar with Robocorp and their top product in the RPA space. I use and develop automation tools. I got to know Robocorp through my manager, and we did some POCs. We liked their product and decided to implement it within the company.

We are not using the latest product. We are now in the right POC stage.

I'm familiar with the latest version as well. They have Robocorp Studio, which has a good workload and is still under development. It's not fully evolved like the one we use, but we are developing it using the VSCode tool.

The stability is good.

I rate the solution’s scalability an eight out of ten.

We contacted customer support because we were very new to the product. So, when we were doing PoCs, we got help from the Robocorp technical support team, who helped us build our initial PoC bots within the company.

In the future, they need to increase the support team since the product is new to the market. They can help more people, and availability would also increase.

The initial setup is not that much complex. It’s easier. There’s no comparison with any other product.

We see a return on investment with Robocorp as a solution. It is good because the licensing cost is low compared to others. The stability is also good.

The price is good compared to other products. It is a little bit less. I strongly suggest this tool in terms of pricing.

You should be familiar with traditional coding practices like Java and other programming languages. This way, you can easily understand and apply the suggested coding techniques, without feeling like you are using a different RPA product. Therefore, a person, coming from a technical and coding background can use it normally. If they come from tool-based products or different areas, they may find it more difficult to use the product.

Overall, I rate the solution eight out of ten.

We are a full-stack company that utilizes Robocorp for our own projects and to deliver solutions to our clients.

However, my job role is less technical and more about business acquisition.

The deployment process is an area for improvement. It would be great if they could make it a bit easier in the next update.

We have been using Robocorp for more than a year now.

We used UiPath. There are many differences, especially in complex projects. The suitability of UiPath versus Robocorp depends on the project requirements and the way they are implemented.

Regarding our deployment process, it's definitely complex and not straightforward, especially when used for legacy modernization. So, it's a complex process. 

Robocorp is much better in terms of pricing compared to UiPath. 

Overall, the pricing model is somewhat in the middle on a scale of one to ten because we can't say it's cheap. But it's better than UiPath in terms of pricing. 

We used UiPath. 

It's a great solution that we can implement. You can experiment with it; it offers high scalability and enables automation in ways that haven't been possible before. So, it's an excellent product to use.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. 

We use Robocorp to automate processes for an insurance company client. They upload some Excel and CSV files to our shared folder, which we process and upload to their portal. 

We also use it to interface with our banking portal. We need to download all the line items from the insurance claims, such as patient IDs and information. We grab all the details and put them in an Excel spreadsheet. After that, we need to validate everything and push the information out to the appropriate people. The third use case is to automate deployment.

Robocorp is based on Python, so you can use Python scripts and create libraries for your use cases. Building libraries and custom scripts for a particular client and general use cases is easy. We can reuse those scripts for other clients, so we start seeing benefits quickly. 

Our clients have a lot of technical staff members who are proficient in Python. Once the solution is in production, we can hand it over to them and educate their staff to support it on their end. 

We are using the community edition, so we set everything up in a batch file and deployed it in Windows Scheduler. We need to move the production code to Visual Studio and upload it to the control room. We can do it from a batch file and schedule it. That's the primary feature we use because we cannot do it in the UI, which is only available in the enterprise edition. 

Everything is based on Python. Our client wants us to fetch some details about benefit eligibility from their customers in a given period. We've done a proof of concept, creating a custom Python-based package with all the keywords. We attempted to extract all the data from the PDF that they gave us and put the results in Excel so they could be added to the database. 

We've had conversations with the head of Robocorp over Slack about things we want to improve. We want to introduce some packages, but the authentication tokens and many other things are not there. We can do it in Python, but the custom packages are unavailable.

We would also like an integrated PDF reader and better integration with custom solutions. The built-in Excel customization is limited, but we can still accomplish what we want using Python. We must rely on Python to customize processes in Robocorp. I don't know about the latest IDE from Robocorp, but the old one doesn't have a lot of activities.

I don't know if they have updated the UI in the latest version, but they could improve that. The UI selector isn't that great. It would be nice to take elements from the console and customize parts. Everything is based on command lines, which I do not like. A flow chart with block items would be good for optimizing code. I would also like more support tools for developers so it's easier to understand when passing code to others. 

I have used Robocorp for about a year and a half. 

The old version had a lot of performance issues. We got errors and had to restart the program. I moved everything to Visual Studio, which is more reliable. 

I rate Robocorp eight out of 10 for scalability.

I have a lot of experience with Automation Anywhere. Robocorp has fewer capabilities compared to that solution. 

I rate Robocorp six out of 10 for ease of implementation. 

We are using the free community version, but we have looked into the enterprise license. It's based on the number of processes you run. 

I rate Robocorp eight out of 10. Robocorp is an excellent introduction to automation if you know how to code. If you learn Robocorp, it's also simple to learn other automation tools. The implementation is slightly different. We need to get hands-on experience. 

Rather than skipping a step and beginning at the technical level, we started with coding. Everything is customized, and we have a lot of managed packages. We can go deeper than the UI when dealing with Python packages and libraries. We're building some knowledge about creating Python libraries inside the developer console. 

We use the product for automating various processes, including order processing, data extraction, and other tasks.

Adapting to Robocorp is initially challenging, especially compared to drag-and-drop automation tools like Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Writing actual code in Visual Studio Code gives freedom but also requires a learning curve. If you don't have experience with programming languages like Python, it would take six to twelve months to learn. However, once proficient, it enables faster development cycles and the ability to achieve more than traditional tools allow.

The product has a valuable business process automation feature.

The platform's documentation could be better.

We have been using Robocorp for over one year.

I rate the platform's stability a nine or ten.

I have implemented the product for around 120 users. The scalability is 11 out of 10, as combining on-cloud and on-premise workflows is super easy.

The technical support services are good. We have weekly meetings with their team to discuss every technical issue we encounter during the week. They are helpful and provide us with examples to understand the process.

We use Robocorp for new tasks and prefer Automation Anywhere for in-built processes.

The initial setup is straightforward as they have a pay-as-you-go pricing model. They provide cloud runners for different technologies. We need to download the Visual Studio Code and start working immediately.

The product has good pricing. They offer an efficient pay-as-you-go pricing model. There are different models for enterprise-level licensing as well. It is inexpensive compared to Automation Anywhere and UiPath. I rate the pricing a nine out of ten.

We receive weekly updates on functionality for Robocorp. I rate it a nine out of ten.

I use Robocorp to automate payroll processes for one of my RPA projects. I am using Robocorp's attended automation features because the project involves sensitive data. 

As a developer, I found it easy to integrate third-party applications with Robocorp. I have previous experience with Selenium, and I found the Robocorp framework to be accessible because it uses Python and Selenium keywords.

Robocorp is still in development, so most of the keywords are a bit confusing. I have to alter lots of automation steps between processing and development. However, Selenium is due for an update soon, and Robcorp is addressing some of the limitations caused by the previous Selenium version. 

I have used Robocorp for about six months.

I rate Robocorp six out of 10.  There is some room for improvement. I haven't dealt with some applications that many companies use with RPA, like SAP Oracle. 

I use Robocorp for RPA development and maintenance. 

Robocorp has saved us lots of money and help us build our business using automation. 

It's easy to deploy bots via the API helper in Control Room. Robocorp's debugging features are also robust. It shows you a lot of data. 

I preferred the user interface in the older versions. When troubleshooting, it's sometimes hard to find details about where things went wrong. You need to search a little harder. It takes more clicks to get to where you want to go. It can be somewhat confusing. When you run a process that fails, it takes you somewhere you may not expect. 

Some bots have restricted IPs and won't run in some areas of the world. It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to select regions. You need to make your own environment or look for other providers.

I have used Robocorp for about a year and a half. 

I rate Robocorp seven out of 10 for scalability. 

Robocorp support is excellent. 

The solution is partially deployed on the Robocorp cloud. Setting up Robocorp is pretty straightforward, especially if you have a GitHub repo. It isn't easy for a first-time user, but you can figure things out quickly. 

We get a decent ROI. I think Robocorp is a good investment.

I rate Robocorp six out of 10 for affordability. It could be cheaper, but I'm fine paying those prices. There should be a better way to optimize the run minutes of your processes. We have experienced a lot of growth recently, so there should be more pricing options and discounts for a large volume of run minutes. 

I rate Robocorp eight out of 10. I recommend studying the documentation, which is great. Initially, I wasted lots of run minutes trying to figure out how to do things.

Our company is using the solution for test automations such as making a software that indicates a payment, data entry, and invoice or document processing. 

We have completed a partial automation with the solution and are thinking about implementing it. 

The solution is based on Python which makes it very valuable. It is easy to implement AI and data science with Python in comparison to CC-RX.

The solution could be more stable. 

I have been using the solution for a few months. 

The solution is stable but could improve so stability is rated a seven out of ten.

The technical support is really good.

There are other pretty legitimate products in the market such as IBM and Blue Prism. 

I recommend the solution if you are looking to buy something for virtual or mobile automations. It is my favorite tool right now.

We use this platform to build automation for the client. The automation is Python based. The projects always involve some sort of extraction, transformation, and loading of data while interacting with multiple web/desktop applications. 

Our entire RPA vertical is dependent on this platform. We have been able to build automation that runs for more than a day. There are no complicated licensing models which meant fewer discussions with each client. All they have to do is pay per the duration of the automation. It has support for pipeline creation from version control systems for deploying the code onto the platform which makes it easier for us to monitor any code changes. It also makes it easier to divide tasks across developers, thereby increasing the efficiency of the deliverables.

We wanted to build automation solutions for our clients as well as for improving the efficiency of our internal processes. This platform provided a solution without the complicated licensing model that is prevalent in other RPA tools. Furthermore, the containers orchestrated on its platform are Python-based, meaning it's developer-friendly and one doesn't have to go about learning an altogether different tool. 

Also, the ability to create separate organizations on this platform makes it easier to bill each of the clients separately. Then there is the vault feature which allows for storing sensitive data and the code can then fetch it from there.

There are certain libraries in Python, such as those dealing with PDF automation and word files, that require the presence of certain external dependencies in the environment to be successfully used. Currently, the containers that have been provided on the platform do not have such support. We need a way for custom configuration of those containers to allow for the addition of those external dependencies. 

I've used the solution for two years.

It is able to handle automation that can run for more than a day.

Support is very responsive. They have a Slack channel and their own forum where we can ask any kind of query.

I did not use other solutions. That said, my company did. It switched due to the complicated licensing models of other solutions and the tool not being developer friendly.

It is straightforward. The documentation helps with the deployment.

I implemented the solution myself.

It is pay-as-you-use so there are no complicated licensing models involved. The setup is easy and deployment is quick. 

You can go up and running within a few hours. They also have well-developed documentation that makes it easier to become comfortable with the platform.

I also evaluated UiPath.

I am exploring the Robocorp solution to provide information to my team. This is the context of robotic process automation. 

I like the fact that it's very fast. The processing speed is good, and that's what matters to me. I also like that we don't have to bother with the infrastructure setup. We don't have to care about the status of the data set, as I believe the local group will provide it. We don't care about the licensing model. We only have to care about how long we are using it.

It would be better if it were more user-friendly for non-technical users. It would be better if they had some drag-and-drop features to create logic. 

Robocorp is very stable. 

We have used Blue Prism.

I think deployment is straightforward. 

You don't have to pay for the license. You have to pay for the time you use it.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Robocorp a seven.

We use this solution for insights into financial activity.

Our future plan is to eliminate any RPA tool and integrate the other system in a completely different way.

Robocorp is only deployed on the cloud.

The price is good.

I don't like the complexity of deployment.

My advice is that you need someone with expertise to work with the solution.
