What I admire most about Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) is its scalability; that option that everybody seems to eventually go to is cloud, and we're ready for that when we decide. This scalability feature has improved my company because we can grow at the speed of business, and that's very important. We're not limited by the hardware that we have. We allow ourselves room for growth, and we can literally grow from today to tomorrow to ensure that we're handling our growth. The scalability is critical for us, especially in the banking industry, where we just get bigger every year.

The features I appreciate most about Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) are that we don't need to manage the hardware to start up with, and it is being managed by Microsoft currently, so that is hands-off. On our other solution, we have to take ownership of some hard drive failures and need to open up a case with Dell since we have Dell hardware. With Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2), I don't need to; it's been fully supported by Microsoft, and it's just a support ticket for them to take care of the failover and all those things. Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) are managed by Microsoft. The hardware and the VMs are no longer constrained or bullying VMs since we are especially focused on the two days and over the workload. Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) have helped migrate our apps and data to the public Cloud; however, we haven't migrated databases yet. The first step is apps to migrate, and that is working seamlessly fine because the application team doesn't know whether it's hosted on-prem or in Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) in Azure. I have been able to migrate enterprise applications with Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2). The time it took to migrate versus having to do application refactoring is easier because it is a lift and shift. My impression of Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) availability in AWS and Microsoft Azure marketplaces is that AWS is good and long overdue. The only drawback is that there aren't many hardware selections, as they have only a very limited selection compared to AWS. The license portability of Nutanix is very good; if you purchase a license, it doesn't matter whether you are going to use it in Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2), on-prem, or anything else. Not many hypervisors provide this currently, making it a really strong selling point for Nutanix.

The feature I find most valuable about Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) is the portability. The portability is beneficial because of the ease, one platform, and the ability to move between different clouds, edges, and data centers. Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) has benefited our company by consolidating and helping us to get away from VMware, AHV, and Nutanix NC2, as we're working on getting into a more streamlined platform and trying to reduce some of our costs. Our impression of the Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) availability in AWS and Microsoft Azure Marketplace is that we're not using Nutanix NC2 for those services, even though we're in those clouds. My impressions of Nutanix's license portability for Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) are positive. Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) is a great product and it's a good option for companies that want to be both in the cloud and have a physical data center. The efficiency of Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) is notable. While I don't have numbers to support this, the efficiency and ease of use are definitely evident amongst the teams using this solution.
