Synchronization is a problem sometimes, and I suggest that IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson should improve by making the user interface more user-friendly. It feels pretty average, which gives a hard time for new users. It should be more user-friendly and intuitive. IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson should reduce the cost of the per-device subscription, because when you have a lot of devices like our organization has, it becomes pretty expensive to manage all the devices. It should also allow simplified device management. The cost reduction of 30 to 40% is primarily from reduced device losses, less manual work for admins, and other factors. The more devices you have to manage, the more the cost, especially because they bill per device. In our case, IBM Security MaaS360 can be a bit expensive. It could be less expensive for a small organization dealing with a few devices. The setting is slightly complicated because of the unintuitive interface.

The seamless integration with other tools has worked effectively because it has integrated with our IT stack and increased the security on all our devices. It has also enabled us to work on this tool very efficiently. IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson has positively impacted our organization by improving our security posture through effectively managing and securing mobile devices, apps, and content. It has reduced the risk of data breaches, increased productivity and efficiency. It has streamlined the device management process, thereby saving a lot of time and cost. I can share specific outcomes regarding time and cost savings. When this tool helps streamline the device management process, it reduces costs by 60 to 70%, while saving approximately 50% of our time. Since that time is saved, we are able to focus on more strategic tasks, and our productivity has increased by 60 to 70%. Our security posture has improved by 80%, and we do not fear a risk of data breaches.

In many organizations, security teams work with multiple tools rather than a single platform. Smoother integration and easier data sharing across systems can help reduce manual work. Another practical challenge across the industry is keeping up with rapidly changing device types and security threats. As remote and hybrid work environments continue evolving, endpoint management tools need to adapt quickly. Stronger predictive capabilities and more proactive recommendations could be useful moving forward.
