The solution gives us good protection from a wide range of cyber threats including ransomware and malware. I appreciate Check Point Harmony Endpoint's data protection features, such as encryption, and we have different use cases including its encryption features and using it as an anti-malware solution for protection against malware, exploits, and ransomware attacks.

The best feature Check Point Harmony Endpoint offers in my experience is its XDR, which has significantly helped us with investigations. Whenever we have alerts or incidents, Check Point's XDR feature speeds up our investigation by correlating data related to an alert and presenting it to us. As an administrator, it is beneficial because all the data is available in the Check Point Infinity dashboard to view different information and determine whether the raised alert is a true positive or false positive.

With this solution, we are now confident that our endpoints are protected, and we receive alerts if any malicious activity occurs. Check Point Harmony Endpoint has a special feature utilizing AI to segregate devices, allowing me to see how many laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tabs, and watches are connected, making it easy to identify and block any problematic devices.

This level of detail is crucial for my organization because it allows immediate alerts if my device has any glitches while connected to the internal network. If there's an issue, the Check Point device will alert me about a mobile phone with a specific MAC and IP address, preventing it from affecting our entire network infrastructure and allowing me to block the device seamlessly.

Additionally, Check Point Harmony Endpoint features an easy-to-use VPN, which is very beneficial because users can install it themselves without needing IT admin support, making the installation process straightforward.

This ease of use is important for my organization as it leads to quicker setup times. Previously, I had to remote into user devices to install VPNs, which wasted IT productivity; now, users can download and install the VPN themselves with just the IP address.

Check Point Harmony Endpoint has positively impacted my organization by saving me at least 50% of my time compared to previous SMB solutions because it effectively segregates devices and provides a clear overview.

One standout positive impact from using Check Point Harmony Endpoint is its easy pop-up alert system when any infected device connects, allowing me as an IT admin to block it quickly.

Before using Check Point Harmony Endpoint, we had sent many emails containing ransomware content that our teams did not easily detect, but after deploying this product, Check Point Harmony Endpoint prevents such emails from entering our email system because it detects the email attachment type and sanitizes the attached documents before they get to us.

Since I started using Check Point Harmony Endpoint, about 95% of our emails are now secured because of this product.

Through these portals, we can push the agents to the end machines as well as servers, and we can also manage and control these systems.

We can find all kinds of reports related to endpoints, such as information about different operating systems on the internal network, issued systems, malware-infected systems, and problematic systems through Anti-Malware in a centralized single plane.

The main use case for Check Point Harmony Endpoint in our organization is to use it with the Check Point NGX Firewall for a unified threat prevention strategy, with approximately around 2000 users and multiple endpoints across multiple branches, ensuring safety from advanced protection against malware, phishing, ransomware, and zero-day attacks. Our environment includes both Windows and macOS, with central management done via cloud hosted Infinity Portal to protect our endpoints.

Since implementing Check Point Harmony Endpoint, I have noticed a positive impact on our organization as we receive multiple detections of attack activities in the log section, showing how the solution protects our network. Particularly, we've utilized features that allow us to detect alerts from these systems and help in mitigating them.

In my experience with Check Point Harmony Endpoint, the best features it offers are forensics and incident analysis, which have helped us, and among them, anti-phishing is one of the most used features. Additionally, we utilize features such as threat intel published via the EDR solution that help categorize or detect incidents.

The forensics and incident analysis features of Check Point Harmony Endpoint have helped us significantly while performing analysis over the EDR, allowing us to dig down into incidents, including the process involved and the files associated. I would rate this capability as four out of five.
