My main use case for Deel centers around the EOR model; however, I have now fully utilized Deel for payroll and HRIS as well. For EOR and payroll in my day-to-day work, I utilize Deel to employ people in different countries where we don't have entities, which means I don't have to worry about the compliance aspects, as Deel manages it all for us. We use payroll every day because we know that everything is recorded on the system. I am also utilizing Deel to automate more of our processes, and Deel AI is especially useful.
My main use case for Deel is that I have used it for contractors on a pay-as-you-go basis, and I have used it for global payroll in my previous job as well as my current job. We are using it for many more countries in this position than I was in my previous position. I can give you a specific example of how we use Deel: we are using it for all of our EMEA, APAC, and UK countries, we are upgrading to the GPC files instead of the Pecy files, and we are automating and streamlining as much as we possibly can.

We use Deel for global hiring, payroll, and compliance. It allows us to onboard international contractors and U.S. employees, manage payments across currencies, and store contracts and records in one place. It simplifies compliance and reduces operational overhead, making it easier to run a distributed team without setting up entities or using multiple tools.
Our main use case for Deel is allowing us to hire remotely, and we are using their EOR services. When we are deciding to remote or to open an opening position in a place where we don't have an entity, we first look at Deel. We check if Deel has the ability to hire in that country. Furthermore, we are using Deel to understand the benchmark of the relevant area, as well as to understand the laws that might need to be applied once the hire is made. Later on, we are using Deel to onboard our employee.

I have been using Deel for the past two years, but for the last six months, I have stopped using Deel for some reasons. My main use case for Deel while I was using it was specifically for my employee based in South Africa, and Deel really helped me with the global payroll and making the taxes and everything. The seamless payroll support and everything, the support with Deel was really great. Deel helped with payroll and taxes for my South African employees significantly, as I am a UK-based company and my employee was based in South Africa, so payroll is a very important thing. With Deel, there was a platform which was built by Deel, and I used to go and upload all the details over on the platform itself. The payment and everything was seamlessly done by Deel itself, so there was no manual intervention or anything. It was a platform where I used to update the details if an employee was supposed to receive any commissions, or if there was a raise in the pay cycle or anything; it was supposed to be done through a portal itself. There were no spreadsheets or anything of that nature. I didn't have to go on meetings or calls to do all of this, and even the taxes were also managed through the portal itself. Deel has impacted me a lot positively, as before Deel, I used to struggle a lot with my South African payroll. I used to have to go check on my employees, figure out how the taxes work over there, then the conversion rates, and all other sheets. There were a lot of things with the South African payroll, but with Deel, it was very simplified. Using one portal, I could basically deal with everything.
My main use case for Deel involves the Engage and contractor module, as well as EOR across different countries. I currently handle contractor data and complex EOR arrangements, and the platform itself provides a single intuitive source of truth that keeps us compliant without the usual friction of managing multiple jurisdictions. It is quite rare to find a tool that handles both the legal complexities of global hiring and the human resources function so effectively in one place.

We use Deel primarily to hire talent across the globe and to manage payroll through Deel. Onboarding and offboarding are huge parts of our employee cycle, and we also manage some of the expenses that our employees might have. Payroll is quite an important aspect of our usage. Once we have closed a job position, we start the onboarding process from Deel. Once we set up all the important information, such as the personal information from a contractor's side, we set up a Deel contract. Once both parties sign, we start the general onboarding within the company as well. Deel is set up in an interesting way, so we don't really interfere with employees' personal information such as their bank information or sensitive data. This information is offloaded from our side because contractors set up the transfer information themselves. They set up whether they want to be an individual contractor or a B2B client, and this is really seamless and secure, which helps us streamline processes. When it comes to onboarding, we use a general onboarding process that we have at the company as internal onboarding, but through Deel, we set up all payroll information. If there are any expenses that the company needs to cover, we also handle that through Deel. We also use Deel for time-off logging, which is quite important to have everything in one place. We know where everybody is from and what country's compliance they are using or what country's holidays and time-offs apply. Having this one-stop shop for all of our employees is quite crucial, and I am really happy that we use Deel on a daily basis. Deel has really streamlined the platform, and it advances on a daily basis. Although there are some bugs and challenges that we have faced along the way, everybody is super eager to hear back from customers, and we always have catch-ups and meetings, even with our customer success representative. They are open to ideas and process improvements, which is really commendable. We have been using Deel for around two years.

We started using Deel as an EOR provider and after we started, we were very satisfied and decided to expand. Then we started using the HRIS and Engage, Deel's performance and engagement module. When it comes to using Deel as an EOR provider, we use it to hire employees in 11 different countries across the world, spanning from Canada throughout entire Europe and in the Philippines. When it comes to HRIS, we use it for logging time off taken, org chart mapping, and an employee directory. And when it comes to Engage, we use it for career development, career mapping and career ladders, for well-being surveys, eNPS surveys, onboarding programs and e-learnings, and then we use it for performance management.
We use Deel as an Employer of Record along with the HR tools for maintaining legal compliance within the Japanese workforce. We also used it for relocation services, obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility for people who needed to move to Japan.
My main use case for Deel is to manage our global contractors, particularly focusing on payments and PTO, as well as tracking the hardware and managing sick days. A specific example of how I use Deel for managing our contractor's pay is that I am able to set up the payment schedules. The payment scheduling works for our team because I use it to set up payments for our contractors where the payments will be sent to them either on a weekly basis. In addition to that, I am also using Deel for tracking people's levels as well as documenting their profile in the company.
My main use case for Deel involves all the HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee cycle, invoices, and payroll, all of which are very helpful. For example, when it comes to payroll, everything is on the platform, providing great visibility for the company and the employee. I use expenses reimbursement with Deel for everything.
I have been using Deel's tools for exactly one year, in particular the Employer of Record feature to be employed in Sweden as part of our international development. My main use case for Deel is the Employer of Record, which enables me to employ myself in Sweden. This is a very useful and effective feature for accomplishing that.
I have been using Deel for the past six years. My main use case for Deel is global payroll, EOR, and freelancers. We use EOR when we want to hire someone based in a country where we don't have a local entity, and for short-term projects, we hire freelancers.
I handle everything through the platform, including time off requests, promotion and compensation, expenses, and visa processes. I use the full suite as well as IT services for delivering and receiving laptops. Invoicing is seamless and I do not have to spend hours reconciling. Everything is user-friendly and seamless. Customer care replies within a minute and they have a group chat on Slack which makes it easy to communicate with them and get help. Deel has taken managing our EOR population off my plate, saving me hours a day.
My main use case for Deel is global payroll. Previously, I used it for EOR or Employee of Record, but currently I use it for global payroll, and Deel also manages and maintains our entities in the Philippines and South Africa, helping us with the setup of these entities as well. For global payroll, I use Deel for taxes, including employee taxes and payroll. Meanwhile, for entity maintenance, Deel assists us with compliance, especially with the entity in South Africa. Currently, I only use Deel for global payroll and entity maintenance.
This is for global payroll and onboarding. As we expanded, Deel helped streamline our process, making it far more efficient. We were also able to begin hiring through employer of record services, which significantly improved and simplified our onboarding experience.

In previous experiences, Deel would be our way of expanding to new markets very quickly. As a whole, I use Deel every day to manage payments, immigration cases, onboarding, and offboarding, so all the employee lifecycle is mostly managed on Deel.
Deel's EOR services have been utilized for more than four years and global payroll for over two years. Our main use case for Deel is EOR and hiring professionals in countries where we don't have an entity, combined with global payroll services. In European countries where we have a normal entity, Deel processes payroll for our employees, meaning they are responsible for calculating correct salaries and liabilities towards institutions. In terms of EOR, Deel serves as employer of record, so we use them in countries where we don't have expertise and legal presence, taking responsibility for their employment.
My main use case for Deel is being able to hire people globally, including global payroll and hiring people in markets where we don't have legal entities through their employer of record service. I also use Deel's HRIS to keep track of all of our employees. In the UK, we don't have a local entity, so we are using their EOR service to hire employees there and provide them with the security of being employees instead of contractors. We use Deel for all of our time off reporting and all of our employee data.
My main use case for Deel is EOR. A specific example of how I use Deel in my work is to check up information and run reports. I set up the integration and mapping to my ERP system.
My main use case for Deel is managing payroll across different countries. We have employees across multiple countries in different setups. Some we have local entities, some we do EOR, we have some contractors on there, and we also do IT there. The biggest thing for me is managing payroll in different countries. In Germany, we have a local entity, a GmbH, and Deel manages the payroll operations there end-to-end. At the end of each month, we submit our payroll report, they do all the processing. I transfer Deel money, and they then pay out all the employees the correct amount. This is really significant for us because Germany is notoriously difficult to manage payroll and employer-employee contracts. There is a lot of legal work behind it, and having everything consolidated onto one clear platform to simplify that complexity, along with having the great support team there who always responds incredibly quickly and is very helpful, has been amazing.

My main use case for Deel is global payroll and contract management. A specific example of how I use Deel for global payroll and contract management is that we run global payroll in seven countries in Latin America, and we also manage contractors in all of those countries.
My primary use case for Deel is payroll management and streamlined employee onboarding. For payroll management, I track hours and then receive payment after two weeks or every other cutoff. After work hours get approved, the system generates an invoice, and employees can withdraw their earnings after receiving confirmation that payroll has been approved and added to the Deel balance. Beyond payroll management and employee onboarding, I utilize background checks as well.

We primarily rely on Deel to manage global payroll for distributed teams working across multiple countries. The platform helps us ensure that contractor payments, tax compliance requirements, and localized employment agreements are handled accurately. Our main use case is processing payments for international contractors in an efficient and organized way. Deel automates several processes such as invoicing, payment processing, compliance documentation, and other administrative responsibilities. Deel has also simplified international payments significantly. Prior to implementing the platform, coordinating payments for teams located in different countries was complex and time-consuming. Now, payouts can be processed quickly across multiple regions from a single platform. This has reduced the operational burden on our HR team and saved considerable time. Overall, Deel has improved the way we manage hiring and payments for international contractors. Previously, tasks such as handling contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation required a large amount of manual work. By consolidating these functions into one centralized platform, Deel allows our team to work more efficiently and dedicate more attention to strategic initiatives.
Deel is our primary HRIS for managing our global workforce, enabling us to process payroll globally, hire employees in locations where we don’t have entities through Employer of Record, and onboard contractors confidently with their Contractor of Record services.
My main use case for Deel is employing team members or working with contractors in countries where we don't have an entity. A quick specific example of how I've used Deel is that we onboard new joiners into Deel, set up all their contracts and employment via Deel in the system, and then manage their employment through Deel. Things such as their payroll all go through Deel.
Our main use case for Deel is managing global hiring and payroll in one place. We use it to process payroll for all our contractors. Recently, we hired a contractor from the Philippines and onboarded them through Deel. We use the platform for onboarding, background checks, payroll setup, time tracking, and time-off requests. Overall, Deel has been a highly valuable tool for managing global teams. It stands out in simplifying international hiring and payroll, especially with its compliance and automation features. While there’s room to improve in simplicity and support response times, the overall impact has been very positive, and it’s a platform I would recommend to companies looking to scale globally.
My main use case for Deel is to process payroll and EOR, which are employment of record employees in countries that we typically don't operate. A specific example of how I've used Deel for EOR or payroll is that it's a platform that we use for paying our employees on time and running payroll, vacation time, and related functions. Deel is a great platform for us, though it is a bit costly.
We began transitioning to Deel last year, initially partnering with them around March, with a full transition completed by May. Since then, we have been using Deel for payroll processing and onboarding of our international contractors, with all payroll, invoicing, and related processes managed through the platform. Deel has been especially valuable in supporting our international workforce, as contractors across different countries are subject to varying compliance requirements. The platform helps us navigate these complexities and ensures that all processes are handled accurately and in compliance with local regulations. Additionally, we utilize Deel for background checks, which are an essential part of our hiring process. Overall, Deel serves as a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for payroll, contracts, compliance, and background checks.
Deel is the tool that we use for our employees that are in other countries aside from the US. We have three different examples of how we use Deel for those employees outside the US. We have independent contractors, we also have direct employee payrolls, and we have consultants. We basically own the contracts right there, and we pay them through Deel as well.
We use Deel to manage our contractors, contracts, and payments. All of our contracts are managed through Deel. Deel also helps us to follow the legal procedures in each country. We have contractors all over Latin America, such as Peru, Brazil, and Mexico, so we use Deel to comply with local regulations and manage their payments. All payments are processed through Deel. We are also using Deel to manage vacations, allowing contractors to request time off through the platform. We have evaluated using it for other tools such as one-on-one feedback, but we have not implemented that yet.
My main use case for Deel is as an Employer of Record for employees outside of the United States. Our company employs remote employees only, and in order to do that, we want to find the best talent and hire them no matter where they are in the world. When we find somebody that is a good fit, it is always beneficial to know that if they are not in the United States, we can rely on Deel to provide the appropriate structure necessary for international employees that is specific to their company around things such as time-off policies and working policies.
Deel offers a centralized platform for contract and payroll management, global hiring without local entities, making international workforce operations efficient and compliant.Deel streamlines international HR processes with features for contract management, payroll efficiency, and benefits handling, allowing organizations to hire worldwide without establishing local entities. Its Employer of Record services and HR tool integrations support global workforce management. Despite its benefits,...

My main use case for Deel is HRIS and payroll. I use Deel for employment documentation and changes, onboarding, and to pay employees.
