My advice to others looking into using Deel is that if you are a small company that plans to scale, Deel is a very great partner platform and a very safe choice when it comes to organizing everything HR. I rate this product a 10 because for me, Deel is such a game-changer for us. It has everything that I want and changed the game for management of payroll, PTO, and sick days, especially for my growing team. As the company grows, I am also able to use Deel on a bigger level, and it scales with the company.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to check the platform as it is amazing, especially for small companies. I would rate my overall experience with Deel a 9 out of 10.
The service is almost perfect for the way I am using it at the moment, so I do not necessarily have any points to flag. I would give Deel a rating of nine out of ten. I am satisfied with Deel, I find everything I want, it is effective. For me, it is a ten, and there is nothing to complain about. My advice to a company that is considering adopting Deel is to try it.
I would advise others looking into using Deel to have the finance person in their company participate in setting up the product together because in terms of invoicing. I give this product a rating of 10 out of 10.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to know the strengths and weaknesses of your current system. This way, Deel will be able to assist you specifically with those concerns, as they are very flexible and can tailor the services based on your needs. Effective communication is crucial when dealing with Deel, and sometimes you need to be proactive and follow up, which is understandable given they have multiple clients. I am very thankful for Deel. They were a significant help for us, especially during our transition from our previous payroll, and as we grew, Deel supported us. Whenever we need something or assistance, Deel is there, making our lives easier. I gave this review an overall rating of 8 out of 10.
Make sure to know the needs of your company and what your employees need apart from the organization. Conduct extensive research, do trials, connect with your customer service manager, and explore the features of the product so you can determine what features you might need from Deel and ensure everything will be customizable. Time savings is a significant benefit. We used to work on spreadsheets for approximately two hours to double-check information of our employees, their rates, and payments, and we created formulas to track amounts and numbers. With Deel, we can finish everything in about fifteen minutes and approve timesheets far more easily and quickly compared to when we had a small number of employees and were only using Excel spreadsheets. Everybody loves Deel. It is easier for us to track timesheets of our contractors, and I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from the contractors that Deel is pretty easy to navigate and very user-friendly for them. They are able to get their invoices and download them on time. They receive their payment on time and are able to get verification letters on time when they need them. They are hoping to see more features on Deel in the future and what we can offer. We are looking into health benefits for some contractors. We are also able to track our payments for all the contractors that we pay every month. We are trying to integrate Deel into our communication channel, which is Slack. We tried to provide engagement events that will automatically be posted in our Slack channels. We are currently working on customizing the process for providing notifications of special events from our contractors to notify everyone in our Slack. I would rate this review a nine out of ten.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to get someone knowledgeable on all things HR, especially if you're a small company. If you have someone knowledgeable, it will be very simple to navigate everything else on the platform. If you don't, Deel offers Deel Academy with many training resources, meaning you don't necessarily need someone super experienced to teach you how to use the platform, although your customer success manager can support you. There are plenty of resources on Deel platform for guidance in general HR and to get certifications to help you become better and more compliant in your job, making it a no-brainer for me. My experience is great overall with Deel, and I literally have no faults to point out apart from the rare support glitches. Overall, my experience is really smooth. Having worked with Deel for a long time, I can definitely notice the improvements made to create such a comprehensive platform, so I can only say good things about it as a whole.
I would advise others looking into Deel to review the service catalog for pricing and be aware of what is included in the package and what comes at an additional cost. Deel's platform is easy to navigate and user-friendly. I give this review an overall rating of seven.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to understand the full system before implementing it and then have a plan on where you want to start and where you want it to be when you're fully implemented, because you can't do everything at the same time. I give this review a rating of 10.
I do not think I have anything else to add about how I am using Deel. In general, though, I love working with Deel. They grow, and it allows us to grow naturally with them. We started very simple, and whenever I feel that we as a company are growing and run into something that I think will be painful or a headache, Deel just naturally has that solution. So it is exactly as complex or as easy as I need it to be. I know there is a bunch more features that Deel can offer. Maybe someday I will need them, maybe someday I do not, but I am confident that we can keep using and benefiting from Deel in an easy, painless way. I would say we save hundreds of hours every month, around 100 hours every month. My advice for others looking into using Deel is to go for it. We are a pretty early-stage startup, around 40 people right now. Obviously, different companies need different things, but I do not see any reason for us to switch for a very, very long time. If you want something easy that is incredibly flexible for a globally distributed workforce, Deel is the one for you. I love it and highly recommend it. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
I would rate Deel an eight out of ten. I give it an eight because I do not use all features that the platform has available, and although the process is really good, the support can improve. I would advise others looking into using Deel to take a deep look into the implementation to ensure that the features they are purchasing make sense for their organization. Deel has positively impacted my organization by optimizing manual processes, manual analysis, and generating payroll. I do not think any changes are needed for the future as it is really complete.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is that from an employee perspective, it offers a very user-friendly experience. Features such as easy withdrawals, document signing, leave requests, time tracking, slip access, and proof of employment are all highly convenient. From a managerial standpoint, it is an efficient and reliable tool for handling payroll at scale. Deel integrates with my existing systems or software with no challenges at this time. Previously, everything was manually tracked and saved in a folder, but with Deel, I just have to upload documents, and employees can easily sign agreements or documents on Deel, making it very useful. I rate this review a 9 out of 10.
9 - My advice for others considering Deel is to confirm that it meets all your needs and to speak with other users about their experiences with the platform.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to check out the competitors and see if they offer anything more suited to your needs, such as more integrations or a more all-in-one package if you have not already got an HRIS. Generally, check the support available. Will you be able to get a dedicated Slack channel and other things like that? Also, check if it offers the kind of contracts you need in the countries you require, as Deel might not necessarily service a country where you need it. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
My advice would be to clearly understand your global hiring and payroll needs first, and then take time to properly set up Deel and use its automation features; it is a powerful platform, but you get the most value when you align it with your processes and scale gradually. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is to look for promotions and negotiate the price to make sure you are getting the best deal. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
I recommend using Deel, especially for companies hiring international contractors. It simplifies compliance by adapting to country-specific regulations and varying contract requirements across different countries. Deel also guides you through the necessary compliance steps before issuing contracts. Overall, I would rate Deel 8 out of 10.
I do not have any feedback for Deel right now. I would say it is a very good tool. I would recommend companies to really talk through their challenges, currently the challenges that they are facing within their company, so that Deel can offer them many more features than the only ones that they have right now. I know they are improving every day and creating new features. Please stay updated and request them to be able to showcase more of their tools and features on Deel. I gave this review a rating of 10.
I would rate Deel a nine out of ten. I did not give it a perfect score because I do not think we are using it at its full potential. That may be due to pricing and our budgetary constraints, which limit how much we could use it, but I am not certain about that. It is important to be aware of the costs. I am not sure if it is accessible to everyone, since the fee can be a little higher than other tools. However, if you want to invest in something that will work and solve your problems, I recommend it. I also see that Deel is growing in development, introducing new tools and products on their platform, which I appreciate because they continue looking for new solutions for our market. Overall, I would rate my experience with Deel as a nine out of ten.
The advice I would give to others looking into using Deel is to project growth of the business overall and lifetime because that will help you decide if Deel is the right solution for you. I give Deel a rating of eight out of ten.
The advice I would give to others looking into using Deel is to know what you are looking for and what benefits you are hoping to get out of it. If you think Deel is going to manage your employees or do some of the things that need to happen as the actual employer or manager, that is not going to happen. You need to go into it with the right mindset of what you expect to get out of it and understand if that aligns with your organizational needs. I would rate my overall experience with Deel an eight out of ten.
Deel offers a centralized platform for contract and payroll management, global hiring without local entities, making international workforce operations efficient and compliant.Deel streamlines international HR processes with features for contract management, payroll efficiency, and benefits handling, allowing organizations to hire worldwide without establishing local entities. Its Employer of Record services and HR tool integrations support global workforce management. Despite its benefits,...

Deel has taken managing our EOR population off my plate, saving me hours a day. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.
