Deel has reduced my workload by around 30 percent at the moment, and part of that is because I need to spend some more time implementing the workflows and delving deeper into the capabilities and features which I am currently in the process of doing. My advice to others looking into using Deel is simply to do it. Deel is a great product, and I would highly recommend it. I have given this review a rating of 9.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is that it is a great product if you have EMEA, APAC, and UK operations. Since we started using Deel, we are still integrating things, but I feel that we are getting better with automation and being able to streamline things, which has cut down on our payroll time. I plan on decreasing that payroll time to where we are more efficient in the future. Payroll time has been reduced by 12%, and my target for the future is 20%. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.

I highly recommend Deel as a tool; the tool itself is great, it is easy to use, and on top of that, you get an excellent team of highly qualified people who will support you throughout the entire process. I cannot stress enough how helpful that has been for us as a company, especially as an early-stage startup where you might not know a lot about these things, and Deel has been really supportive and helpful in understanding how we should be doing things. I would rate this review as a 9 out of 10.
I would suggest that companies look at their needs, as well as the ability of Deel or any provider to help with their needs. My review rating for Deel is eight out of ten.

I would rate Deel overall a nine on a scale of one to ten. I gave it a nine because Deel has saved a lot of man-hours for me and also cost, simplifying a very complicated payroll into a very easy payroll now for me. I would rate Deel's scalability at nine again. I rate Deel's customer support at seven. My advice to others looking into using Deel is to consider it the best global payroll option; if anyone has a big global payroll system or has employees based in different countries, Deel is the one-stop solution for every employee, the HR department, or the finance department. Deel is a brilliant global payroll platform that has everything needed for doing global payroll, reducing man-hours and the cost of employees spending their time on complicated payroll. Deel is a brilliant product for HR-related needs. My overall rating for this review is nine out of ten.
I would advise others looking into using Deel that if you are a company hiring across multiple countries and continents with complex payroll and payment and compliance needs, then Deel is definitely a platform for you. If you are looking to have an all-in-one platform that helps you manage everything, then Deel is definitely for you, and I would recommend it for small to medium-sized businesses. I would rate this review an 8 out of 10.

Deel has positively impacted my organization because I changed platforms after Deel bought Omnipresent and had to switch in a mandatory way, which caused some controversy at the beginning because they had other conditions that were not present in the previous contract. That is also why invoicing has been the main problem experienced. During all these months, I have not been able to solve the issue of invoicing on time, since I have also done it in an outsourced way locally with Let's Deel Colombia. From the team's side, they have always been very attentive, but a final solution to get the invoices on time has not been found. During the transition months from Omnipresent to Deel, there were several issues obtaining information and being able to create a vendor in my system. Once that was accomplished, the best thing is knowing that Deel is a great company that is always looking for ways to fix and solve problems and is always thinking about the client. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have employees on such a complete platform as Deel. The only thing I can highlight as negative is the invoicing issue, but apart from that, everything has been very good. My advice for other people considering using Deel is to have a lot of patience at the beginning, as any change is always complicated, although it is always for the better. With Deel, there is the opportunity to keep growing. For larger companies, there is the chance to continue growing internationally. My overall rating for this review is 2 out of 5.

I would say to revert back to your team, understand if that is something your team really needs, and if the company really needs it as well. I would say to do good research before jumping into Deel because I think the platform can offer more than just doing the payroll. I would say to do the research, talk with people, talk with Deel representatives, and get a customized plan for each and every one of you. It is a really cool platform, a really great initiative with a really good mission behind it, so let us try to use it to its fullest. I would rate this review eight out of ten.

Every time I want to open up a new market, I have to go through a new process of reviewing employment contracts. I have some specific things that I want to have in my employment contracts. Deel's legal team informs me if that is possible or that is not possible in the market due to compliance. Then they help me find additional wording or help me tweak it so I can offer whatever I want best. For example, I offer unlimited PTO as a benefit. They help me find a way on how to put that in a contract or how to just manage that after the hiring process. I would like to add that Deel's team is very responsive and whenever I give product feedback, I either get an explanation around where it is on the roadmap or I see it implemented quite soon. So kudos on that. I would say don't do what I did. I first underestimated Deel and was only looking at EOR. Then I discovered that Deel is so much more than EOR. I would encourage people to look at their whole set because I think in the long run, having an all-in-one HR platform will be very beneficial for user adoption across the employees. I am even looking to expand my current modules with an additional one with Deel going in the future. I am very happy with Deel and where they are going. I think having an all-in-one HR platform is a very powerful tool for data analytics, analysis, tracking various KPIs and metrics. Not having to consolidate data from multiple different sources is what really makes HR's work easier. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
I have never found a feature that was missing. There is a ton that I do not use, but definitely none that I wish I had that I do not have. Deel is a very high-tech website. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is that if you are a small company that plans to scale, Deel is a very great partner platform and a very safe choice when it comes to organizing everything HR. I rate this product a 10 because for me, Deel is such a game-changer for us. It has everything that I want and changed the game for management of payroll, PTO, and sick days, especially for my growing team. As the company grows, I am also able to use Deel on a bigger level, and it scales with the company.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to check the platform as it is amazing, especially for small companies. I would rate my overall experience with Deel a 9 out of 10.
The service is almost perfect for the way I am using it at the moment, so I do not necessarily have any points to flag. I would give Deel a rating of nine out of ten. I am satisfied with Deel, I find everything I want, it is effective. For me, it is a ten, and there is nothing to complain about. My advice to a company that is considering adopting Deel is to try it.
I would advise others looking into using Deel to have the finance person in their company participate in setting up the product together because in terms of invoicing. I give this product a rating of 10 out of 10.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to know the strengths and weaknesses of your current system. This way, Deel will be able to assist you specifically with those concerns, as they are very flexible and can tailor the services based on your needs. Effective communication is crucial when dealing with Deel, and sometimes you need to be proactive and follow up, which is understandable given they have multiple clients. I am very thankful for Deel. They were a significant help for us, especially during our transition from our previous payroll, and as we grew, Deel supported us. Whenever we need something or assistance, Deel is there, making our lives easier. I gave this review an overall rating of 8 out of 10.
Make sure to know the needs of your company and what your employees need apart from the organization. Conduct extensive research, do trials, connect with your customer service manager, and explore the features of the product so you can determine what features you might need from Deel and ensure everything will be customizable. Time savings is a significant benefit. We used to work on spreadsheets for approximately two hours to double-check information of our employees, their rates, and payments, and we created formulas to track amounts and numbers. With Deel, we can finish everything in about fifteen minutes and approve timesheets far more easily and quickly compared to when we had a small number of employees and were only using Excel spreadsheets. Everybody loves Deel. It is easier for us to track timesheets of our contractors, and I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from the contractors that Deel is pretty easy to navigate and very user-friendly for them. They are able to get their invoices and download them on time. They receive their payment on time and are able to get verification letters on time when they need them. They are hoping to see more features on Deel in the future and what we can offer. We are looking into health benefits for some contractors. We are also able to track our payments for all the contractors that we pay every month. We are trying to integrate Deel into our communication channel, which is Slack. We tried to provide engagement events that will automatically be posted in our Slack channels. We are currently working on customizing the process for providing notifications of special events from our contractors to notify everyone in our Slack. I would rate this review a nine out of ten.

My advice for others looking into using Deel is to get someone knowledgeable on all things HR, especially if you're a small company. If you have someone knowledgeable, it will be very simple to navigate everything else on the platform. If you don't, Deel offers Deel Academy with many training resources, meaning you don't necessarily need someone super experienced to teach you how to use the platform, although your customer success manager can support you. There are plenty of resources on Deel platform for guidance in general HR and to get certifications to help you become better and more compliant in your job, making it a no-brainer for me. My experience is great overall with Deel, and I literally have no faults to point out apart from the rare support glitches. Overall, my experience is really smooth. Having worked with Deel for a long time, I can definitely notice the improvements made to create such a comprehensive platform, so I can only say good things about it as a whole.
I would advise others looking into Deel to review the service catalog for pricing and be aware of what is included in the package and what comes at an additional cost. Deel's platform is easy to navigate and user-friendly. I give this review an overall rating of seven.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to understand the full system before implementing it and then have a plan on where you want to start and where you want it to be when you're fully implemented, because you can't do everything at the same time. I give this review a rating of 10.
I do not think I have anything else to add about how I am using Deel. In general, though, I love working with Deel. They grow, and it allows us to grow naturally with them. We started very simple, and whenever I feel that we as a company are growing and run into something that I think will be painful or a headache, Deel just naturally has that solution. So it is exactly as complex or as easy as I need it to be. I know there is a bunch more features that Deel can offer. Maybe someday I will need them, maybe someday I do not, but I am confident that we can keep using and benefiting from Deel in an easy, painless way. I would say we save hundreds of hours every month, around 100 hours every month. My advice for others looking into using Deel is to go for it. We are a pretty early-stage startup, around 40 people right now. Obviously, different companies need different things, but I do not see any reason for us to switch for a very, very long time. If you want something easy that is incredibly flexible for a globally distributed workforce, Deel is the one for you. I love it and highly recommend it. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.

I would rate Deel an eight out of ten. I give it an eight because I do not use all features that the platform has available, and although the process is really good, the support can improve. I would advise others looking into using Deel to take a deep look into the implementation to ensure that the features they are purchasing make sense for their organization. Deel has positively impacted my organization by optimizing manual processes, manual analysis, and generating payroll. I do not think any changes are needed for the future as it is really complete.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is that from an employee perspective, it offers a very user-friendly experience. Features such as easy withdrawals, document signing, leave requests, time tracking, slip access, and proof of employment are all highly convenient. From a managerial standpoint, it is an efficient and reliable tool for handling payroll at scale. Deel integrates with my existing systems or software with no challenges at this time. Previously, everything was manually tracked and saved in a folder, but with Deel, I just have to upload documents, and employees can easily sign agreements or documents on Deel, making it very useful. I rate this review a 9 out of 10.
9 - My advice for others considering Deel is to confirm that it meets all your needs and to speak with other users about their experiences with the platform.
My advice for others looking into using Deel is to check out the competitors and see if they offer anything more suited to your needs, such as more integrations or a more all-in-one package if you have not already got an HRIS. Generally, check the support available. Will you be able to get a dedicated Slack channel and other things like that? Also, check if it offers the kind of contracts you need in the countries you require, as Deel might not necessarily service a country where you need it. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
My advice would be to clearly understand your global hiring and payroll needs first, and then take time to properly set up Deel and use its automation features; it is a powerful platform, but you get the most value when you align it with your processes and scale gradually. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.
My advice to others looking into using Deel is to look for promotions and negotiate the price to make sure you are getting the best deal. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
I recommend using Deel, especially for companies hiring international contractors. It simplifies compliance by adapting to country-specific regulations and varying contract requirements across different countries. Deel also guides you through the necessary compliance steps before issuing contracts. Overall, I would rate Deel 8 out of 10.
I do not have any feedback for Deel right now. I would say it is a very good tool. I would recommend companies to really talk through their challenges, currently the challenges that they are facing within their company, so that Deel can offer them many more features than the only ones that they have right now. I know they are improving every day and creating new features. Please stay updated and request them to be able to showcase more of their tools and features on Deel. I gave this review a rating of 10.
I would rate Deel a nine out of ten. I did not give it a perfect score because I do not think we are using it at its full potential. That may be due to pricing and our budgetary constraints, which limit how much we could use it, but I am not certain about that. It is important to be aware of the costs. I am not sure if it is accessible to everyone, since the fee can be a little higher than other tools. However, if you want to invest in something that will work and solve your problems, I recommend it. I also see that Deel is growing in development, introducing new tools and products on their platform, which I appreciate because they continue looking for new solutions for our market. Overall, I would rate my experience with Deel as a nine out of ten.
The advice I would give to others looking into using Deel is to project growth of the business overall and lifetime because that will help you decide if Deel is the right solution for you. I give Deel a rating of eight out of ten.
The advice I would give to others looking into using Deel is to know what you are looking for and what benefits you are hoping to get out of it. If you think Deel is going to manage your employees or do some of the things that need to happen as the actual employer or manager, that is not going to happen. You need to go into it with the right mindset of what you expect to get out of it and understand if that aligns with your organizational needs. I would rate my overall experience with Deel an eight out of ten.
