Algolia is used in my organization primarily for AI search to enhance product search for recommendations. It helps us support our knowledge bases, particularly Confluence, and maximizes the outcome of our knowledge base system. Algolia also helps us search for documents and data, making everything efficient and saving considerable time since we no longer have to search manually through all our data. Additionally, it provides personalized content delivery on both web and mobile platforms, which we use throughout our organization. Last week, I can share a story about how Algolia specifically helps us with AI search. We were searching for some really important documents, specifically a BRD that the business had provided. Due to internal complexities and the volume of data, we were unable to find it. When we searched using Algolia, the AI-powered relevance and ML algorithms optimized the search results and provided us with the exact document with utmost accuracy and personalization.
