Useful dashboards, plenty of features, and initial setup simple

What is most valuable?



I have found the most valuable features of QPR ProcessAnalyzer to be Process Discovery, KPIs, definition, and dashboarding. These are the main features we are working on.


What needs improvement?



The user interface of QPR ProcessAnalyzer could improve, it is not very intuitive.


For how long have I used the solution?



I have been using QPR ProcessAnalyzer for approximately four years.


What do I think about the stability of the solution?



QPR ProcessAnalyzer has been stable.


What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



We do not have very large databases to analyze at this time to know how scaleable QPR ProcessAnalyzer really is but it has been fine for what we have been using it for.


How are customer service and support?



The support is very good. They provide a helpful service.


Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?



We previously worked with other solutions, such as Software AG for process monitoring. It was a good solution.

All the products that we worked with have very good functionality. We are mostly working with QPR ProcessAnalyzer, but we may work again with the Software AG process analysis software. QPR ProcessAnalyzer is suited for the mid-scale market while Software AG servers mostly the higher-level market.

All the products can work and can do the work for us.


How was the initial setup?



The initial installation is very easy.


What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?



The price of QPR ProcessAnalyzer is more competitive compared to other solutions.


What other advice do I have?



We are working on prediction and task analysis, but we have not utilized the software for this yet. These areas that we may work on in the near future.

I rate QPR ProcessAnalyzer an eight out of ten.

Discovery and root cause analysis are key benefits; its own dashboard is a standout feature

What is our primary use case?



We use the software for our managing of IT procedures. We are consultants and manage the product for our clients. I'm the director of our company and we are resellers of this solution. 



What is most valuable?



The valuable features of this solution are the discovery and root cause analysis. 



What needs improvement?



I think the company has the technology for continued improvement of its communications, the one-on-one with clients. They have improved their software over time but there is still more to be done, particularly with the user interface. 

They could include numerous additional features but I'm not sure if we are in a position to utilize them. The solution could be more flexible and intuitive. 



For how long have I used the solution?



I've been using this solution for two years. 



What do I think about the stability of the solution?



We sometimes have problems with the stability. 



How are customer service and technical support?



Our company manages this solution for the client with a team of two or three people but we can always turn to QPR for additional support.



Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?



Most of the solutions in this categroy cover the main functionalities and QPR is very close to the top of the game. Most other softwares don't have their own dashboard which is a good feature of QPR. I think they try to include what the other products don't have. I've worked with Celonis and I think they cover the same functionality and I know that AG is also a good tool. 



What other advice do I have?



It's important to compare between the different products and what each offers. 

I would rate this solution a nine out of 10.
