Pulseway allows for automatic updates of Windows patches with a single click and offers remote control capabilities with an easy-to-use mobile app. The setup is user-friendly, and it includes robust workflow and server modules. Notifications on server and network issues enable prompt resolutions. Despite good technical support, some bugs exist. Scripting is limited to all customers. A desktop app and VOIP monitoring are missing features.
