Oracle Identity Cloud Service Reviews

We use the Oracle Identity Cloud Service because our customers mostly run Oracle applications, so it's the best solution. Now we are integrating it with Azure Active Directory and enhancing our applications with a hybrid cloud methodology. Our clients can use our Azure Active Directory with the Oracle Identity Cloud Service. 

Identity Cloud has simplified our migrations. Since we're primarily working with native Oracle solutions, we can adopt many features of Oracle Identity Cloud Management.

Oracle Identity Cloud's federation and provisioning features are helpful, and the Oracle access management makes implementation easy.

Oracle needs to improve the GUI and many other aspects of the cloud console. It isn't as slick as Azure, Google, or IWS cloud. The documentation could be better, too.

We've been using Oracle Identity Cloud Service for the last two years, but we've been using the Oracle identity management solution for longer. 

We haven't seen any problems or downtime so far. The stability depends on the region where you're selling the services and how you're running them. Customers from Europe are probably up 100 percent of the time. People from Asia probably have some issues. I've worked with Google, Azure, and Oracle cloud providers, and none of them are perfectly stable, but they try to be. 

Cloud Identity is scalable. 

I rate Oracle Identity Cloud Service seven out of 10. It's a relatively new solution, and we are working closely with the Oracle Cloud architects to improve it. Many of the features we want are already in the pipeline. If it's missing something, we submit a request to the cloud architect, who oversees product management.

We haven't tried any alternative solutions so far, but in the future, we will adopt more of the products in this field. Most of the applications we're running are Oracle products. We plan to adopt solutions like Peoplesoft, Oracle Fusion, and some of the Oracle analytics. Those are all on our future roadmap.
