My organization uses Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support our processes, which serve approximately two-point-two million people. Our agency processes unemployment benefits for New Mexico residents, ensuring that financial support is provided to those who have been recently unemployed.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) helps us efficiently manage our data and system processes, allowing for prompt handling of unemployment benefits. It serves a significant population, and the call center, along with the infrastructure team, plays a pivotal role in executing these services.

We help OCI teams with many things, such as improving the hygiene of the environment. We bring out ideal instances, test storage, and anything that is wrong in the environment. We also perform tag management and policy checks and create recommendations for service providers and enterprise customers around what is wrong or what can be corrected within the historical cloud environment.

We wouldn’t give monthly tracking to the budget for testing up to three months in Oracle Cloud Environment. We can also schedule environments to be shut down during off-peak hours, such as at night or in the afternoon. Our tools can then start the environment as needed, which can help customers save money.

Our recommendations are good, and we also have a bidding platform that is helpful for managed service providers. This platform can save customers up to 2-3 weeks in billing time, from 25 days to 3-4 days. We have two products: a basic product and a cloud optimization product. Both products help customers improve the performance and cost-efficiency of their cloud environments.

We are using the LAN2 as well as the Oracle Cloud Platform. We running the Gen-2 which is called the OC2. We have a global company working with more than 185 employees. 

We have customers around the globe and our company is located in 17 international locations. We needed solutions which could be good for our customers as well as our service applications. 

We have decided to test the Oracle Cloud Platform. After the testing, we found that it was good for our use case. Thereafter, we have adopted it.

The POC for Oracle Cloud Platform is done. After POC, we have tested with various applications and found it is optimizing us with less time, so that's why we are using it.

Apart from the licensing, there's support from Oracle Cloud Platform which improved our day to day operations. Time is reduced. Based on this service, we are able to scale up dependent applications as quickly as we can. 

There are many other various features of the Oracle Cloud Platform that we have used. It is very good for us in our business organization.

We use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for services similar to AWS and Azure. It is easy to integrate with Oracle's suite of applications, making it seamless for enterprises that rely on Oracle databases.

The key feature of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is its seamless integration with Oracle applications. This makes it a preferred choice for enterprise customers who rely on Oracle databases. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides a smooth experience while integrating Oracle data.

We used Oracle Cloud for one of our clients who wanted to migrate all their AWS services to Oracle Cloud. It is sort of migration. We achieved everything in this particular project.

It's the same environment, the operating system. The disadvantage is not using AWS. So, it could be improved to be user-friendly.

We use small instances and OCI object storage. And load balancers, that kind of thing.

The security of Oracle Cloud is good. This product has good security features. It uses Web Application Firewall and other things, so it's good.

In my company, we manage the integrations of our internal systems with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We also use the product's interface for our company's employees, especially in areas related to finance, invoices, and other daily transactions, where we have to use the cloud services from either Cisco or Oracle.

The product has the monitoring tool developed by RedHat to take care of the end-to-end integrations where improvements are needed. The product's resilience is an area of concern where improvements are required. The HA capabilities of the solution have certain shortcomings, where improvements are required.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is useful for my company's KPI functionality in our transport business.

The most valuable features of the solution are its capabilities allowing us in our company to do certain calculations while offering dashboards. Our company also uses the product for data extraction because we don't want direct data extraction from Oracle TMS. We use the product for data extractions and delegations.
