I would recommend Oracle Cloud Platform for migrating workloads from customers from on-premise to the cloud, as this is what my organization uses it primarily for. I personally value this product highly because of its simple infrastructure - it is very useful when you are beginning to learn how cloud services work and you want to advance more. It does an amazing job for the purposes we utilize it for, especially through the compliance and database services it offers. This is a platform with many products and surely at least a few of them will be of use to everyone - you just need to try and find out which.
