The best features I appreciate about Miro Business - Enterprise are SSO, unlimited guest access, and advanced project capabilities. It is enterprise-grade, secured, and compliant with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and GDPR alignment. It is based on a zero trust security model, ensuring that the data we provide remains secure and safe, as we are using it for professional and organizational purposes. The domain control, data residency options, CM integrations, shared policies, and audit logs are additional benefits. It offers a good organization-wide setting for roles, workplaces, integration for external sharing, and instant provisioning for automated user lifecycle management. My favorite feature is Infinite Canvas, which gives a shared space for planning PI and retrospectives, making visible who is working on what.

There are multiple features which Miro Business - Enterprise is providing us, but I will tell you some of my favorite features to use. The first feature I love is the Infinite Canvas feature, which is my personal favorite. Second is that it is providing us the SSO, which is Single Sign-On feature, which allows us to log in directly via our internal tools, which we use. We basically use Auth0 in our organization, and it integrates really well. It is giving us a seamless sign-on to the team, which helps us save 40 to 50% of time on signing up into the organization after they log in. Apart from that, I feel that Miro Business - Enterprise is a good and communicable software where the AI features and template library are very advanced. Additionally, there are AI-powered tools for brainstorming and cluster ideating, which is a game changer for our organization. This is how it has an edge over other products which can be in the industry. Miro Business - Enterprise is 100% secure, as it comes with 256 AES encryption which ensures that the data shared inside the organization stays within the organization. It also makes sure that it follows the GDPR compliance and is HIPAA compliant as well, which is a great thing because in our organization we discuss a lot of data which is confidential and requires a lot of integrations that should be secure. If this kind of data leaks, it's a big problem and challenge for the business. Security is the priority of our business, and that's why we have chosen Miro Business - Enterprise, because they provide a secure platform where we can brainstorm and share ideas and data which our organization has. The security part is really strong, along with the integrations.

It is a collaboration tool that helps manage dependencies and cross-functional team conflicts, which has improved conflicts between teams.
