We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Process Manager is really helpful in building process maps. Creating them is really easy; the program is user-friendly.""It's easy and fast. It's very quick to work with process teams in terms of improving processes. You just have to send them a URL and to have a process in front of them. I don't use all of the possibilities we have in Signavio. This has made it easier for people to adopt, because when we scrambled the process team together and started a process of improvement, it improved their process. They are much more involved than they had been earlier, and they can also use Signavio to make smaller improvements in the process for themselves. There are many more interactions between the process teams and Signavio than in our previous solution, where you had to hire in a professional process modeler. It's been a great improvement.""We could increase the transparency and speed for the new ERP introduction. The status and changes by the new system are now clear to everybody and it is a great tool to train the people.""This is one of the best solutions and it is easy to implement.""I love the collaboration function, especially the option to invite people who don't have any users on the licenses.""As a business transformation suite, Signavio offers a number of integrated helpful tools. The Process Modeler helps with the conceptual work, but is directly integrated with the components of the Workflow Accelerator (Automation) and the Process Intelligence (Mining). This makes Signavio an indispensable service package.""The GUI is very easy to use, where you can sit together with your colleagues, discuss the process, and during these discussions you can build up the model.""It's way of handling is really an advantage. It's quite easy to use, without too much training . That's the main point for me."

"UIPath Process Mining is stable.""The visualization part, showing the number of cases processed successfully after a process is executed, is the most valuable. It also showed how effective a bot is after production. This kind of analysis that we got from UiPath Process Mining was good.""UiPath's human-in-the-loop features are helpful.""UiPath Process Mining is definitely stable.""The most valuable feature of UiPath Process Mining is the process graph, which gives you a depiction of the process and lets you know where the issues and delays are occurring.""Its speediness is most valuable. It is quick to develop. It is also quick and easy to learn.""It has all the features in terms of being able to read and analyze data from various systems.""The most valuable feature is the user interface, which makes it easy to use for tasks like configuring resources."

Cons
"SAP Signavio Process Manager's UI is not user-friendly. Its pricing is also high.""Moreover, the functionality to show different process variations with "views" could be improved to allow more customization of these views. I believe this would increase the user experience and administrative efforts maintaining these process variations.""It is difficult to quickly digest the vast power of the suite and make use of those capabilities fully.""I think the interface itself can improve a bit. I think the interface is still stuck about a decade in the past, if I may be so brutal about it. Some of the buttons are really small, so you can't even see them. I think it needs upgrading to the 21st century with apps and the way we use mobile phones.""I would like to see more integration with the process manager in terms of the workflow accelerator.""I would like to see more predictive analytics. The tool already has all the process maps, but it could offer a more proactive improvement offering. For example, they could put a little bit more machine learning behind it.""I find it difficult to figure out how I can better align this solution with my KPIs.""We sometimes experience downtime or a dropped connection, so I think that the stability can be improved for the SaaS solution."

"The installation documentation and guides for users from UiPath Process Mining could be a little better.""UiPath Process Mining could improve by limiting the number of updates.""In an upcoming release, they could improve on the customization.""UiPath Process Mining is not as user-friendly as Celonis.""I would like a few tutorials that explain step by step how to start, including a few tips for new users.""If UiPath can identify where it has gone wrong and try to identify the bottleneck value, which are more machine learning in AI, it would be great.""The cost should be improved with variable models to help different types of users afford the product.""I have found UiPath Process Mining to be a very complex tool to use. They could improve the OCR recognition feature."

    Reviews from Real Users

Below are some reviews and helpful feedback written by UiPath Process Mining users.

PeerSpot user Nilesh P., Associate Director - Cloud Architect at a computer software company, says, “It's easy to develop, maintain, and manage, and it helps in task mining and process mining.” He adds, "With UiPath in place, we are moving away from training people on the core applications, which are pretty complex. We've built a headless frontend, so it's really easy for anybody to join our company and be productive."

A Hyperautomation Architect at an insurance company mentions, “My shortlist of valuable features includes all the different types of analysis. For example, you can do a root cause analysis. In other words, if you have a process that has many different scenarios, you can identify where the problem is. You can also identify bottlenecks with root cause analysis. You do this by looking at the time that has been spent in specific stages or steps within the processes being performed. Another great feature is the ability to see processes at a higher level and take in the whole picture. If a process has too many variances — say there are 20 different ways of doing the task — you can identify which process is the one where that happens more often. This will prompt you to focus on that process for any possible ways to automate it and simplify the complexity.”

Karthikeyan M., Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - RPA evangelist at AQM Technologies, says, "For us, the most important feature of UiPath Process Mining is something called Document Understanding. We have found it to be extremely valuable, given that the current situation we have right now is that it's not just pure automation of manual and repetitive tasks. What we're doing is more along the lines of what you could call "intelligent" automation. Document Understanding plays a great role in this type of process automation because it helps us in automating the reading of documents better and, therefore, helps to automate intelligence for our customers."
