"The system can be integrated with other SAP functionalities - such as finance, production, sales, marketing, HR, et cetera, and can also be customized to become a model that's specifically designed for my business. That's the solution's most valuable aspect.""The most valuable features of SAP ERP are that its robust, user-friendly, and secure.""I like SAP's premade workflows for various areas, such as supply chain, procurement, or finance.""SAP is more reliable in terms of data quality than other systems.""Well-integrated multilingual technology.""Their tech support is always good.""Everyone who uses SAP ERP has benefited from the functionality.""The most valuable features are the claim management."

Cons
"In terms of areas for improvement, there are still a lot of other features that need to be incorporated into the future releases of Oracle ERP Cloud. We're hoping those would come soon because they're available in other ERP systems. For example, we used to have a lot of AME customizations in the BPM, but now we have a very limited scope, so it would be great if we could extend our scope. Currently, we are working with product teams to get through some of those solutions, and how we could implement them, so we have some workarounds to deal with, but we still have a long road ahead.""The Oracle ERP Cloud accounts payable could be improved.""We have had concerns about the security and flexibility of the application. The approach with Oracle ERP Cloud should be more holistic rather than user or computer-based.""The tool must enable users to customize the reports.""I would like to see Oracle improve the automation of data entry.""I would like to improve the tool’s budgeting and reporting. I know that Oracle is working on the tool’s analytics part so I expect the analytical feature in its future releases.""It should be built with less complexity and more ability for clients to add screens.""The main thing Cloud ERP could improve is usability. However, it's not just an issue with Oracle. Most ERP solutions are not very user-friendly, so I think that could be the key improvement."

"SAP ERP needs to be more innovative when it comes to areas like mobility and the internet.""Poor ergonomics.""The flexibility in using the software could improve. I am from a product background and I've been testing a lot of applications, for example, Informatics. The UI, features, and cloud version could improve.""There are a lot of manual tasks that are used by a lot of people, so it is a very good candidate for RPA.""It would also help if it were more open, more flexible, with more standard products.""Their support should be improved. Instead of giving a general solution, their consultants should first try to understand the problem and then resolve the same. They should properly investigate the issue before providing the solution.""The reporting could be improved, such as the casework, production, and activity reports. Our consultants in a subsidiary enterprise have requested that we develop a new production report. They could also improve production, financial, and HR analysis.""One thing that is lacking in ERP is a good user interface. It is currently very clumsy and complex. Another thing is that reporting capability of SAP ERP is customizable, but it is not very good. Its development time is also very high if you require specialized technical services. If you want to do any changes to the report or develop a new report, you need people with specialized skills. Business processes are very straightforward and standardized as per the industry standards. However, the way it works is a bit complex, and you need to know a lot of things. There are different things that can be complex for a general user. A lot of information is being provided in ERP. A general user doesn't require all this information, and it creates a lot of confusion. Its learning curve is very high."
