Centralized content governance has accelerated multi-channel publishing and empowered business teams
I wanted to highlight that Webiny Enterprise CMS Plus could be improved further by expanding its enterprise-grade analytics and reporting, providing more out-of-the-box integrations with commonly used enterprise platforms, and simplifying some advanced configuration and administration workflows. Enhanced documentation, migration guidance, and more pre-built templates for large-scale implementations would also help teams adopt the platform faster and reduce the learning curve. Another area for improvement would be making enterprise administration and governance even more intuitive, particularly for organizations with large teams and complex permission structures. More advanced workflow automation, stronger monitoring and observability capabilities, and additional AI-assisted content management features would further improve productivity. A broader ecosystem of integrations and clearer best practice guidance for enterprise-scale deployments would also make adoption easier. One additional area would be improving the overall enterprise user experience. A more intuitive administration dashboard, better deployment and migration tooling, and stronger monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities would make it easier to manage large-scale environments. It would also be valuable to have more detailed cost and usage visibility, stronger documentation for advanced enterprise scenarios, and more pre-built integrations with common enterprise identity, data, and workflow platforms.
