Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I have found the technical support to be helpful.""I would say that the most valuable features are the user interface, navigation, and business routes.""The solution allows you to use data to create excellent UI and quickly deliver an app. It speeds up production time.""The solution is excellent at figuring how to build an application in three months. It makes it very quick and easy.""The model that allows you to establish flow automation is getting a lot of traction from the customer side. It offers a lot of flexibility.""We were impressed with the functionality of the solution.""The initial setup was very easy.""I like how fast I can develop an application and put it in production with PowerApps. I think the integration is also excellent. The platforms is growing, so they are constantly adding more connectors on all these things."

"A great platform to import, manage and save customer data.""I'm not sure what the most valuable aspect of the solution is, but I can say that their finance and auditing systems are quite impressive. You can audit in different invoices right to procurement. It's all quite seamless.""The solution provides a preferred method of backing up data.""The keyword search helps me in finding stuff quickly. So, I don't have to click around a lot.""The process and the workflows are amazing.""Salesforce is the best one out there.""It's an easy platform for salespeople to quickly and efficiently be able to track an opportunity.""The queue management of the solution is its most valuable aspect."

Cons
"The availability of templates needs to be improved. I understand that the ecosystem around it is still developing, but we need more templates. I would like the entire ecosystem around it to improve. I would recommend adding AI components. Even though we can always connect to Azure for AI components, they should slowly start looking at adding some AI components to PowerApps so that out-of-the-box learning can be applied to process flows. Salesforce has the Einstein layer that works along with license platforms. PowerApps should also have something similar.""The price could be lower.""PowerApps can't do a lot of things that users need now. For example, it can't handle signatures.""Microsoft PowerApps is not intended for customizing what's generated in a major way.""It would be good if this solution supports standard BPN operations. We are thinking of switching to a BPM solution next year because it is not a BPM solution.""The flexibility and the user interface need improvement.""Microsoft should combine both the web and the mobile environment with all of the layers of development into one package.""In an upcoming release, I would like to see custom APIs, better integration with other solutions, and more connectors available."

More Microsoft PowerApps Cons →

"Pricing is the biggest factor. The cost right now is too high and I've had a lot of clients leave.""Salesforce is incredibly slow. It was difficult to run live sales calls and leveraging Salesforce at the same time.""Salesforce is a pretty cumbersome product. It's a product that you need to spend quite a bit of time customizing to your unique business model. Unless you have somebody in house that knows it really well, you're better off spending money with a consultant to get what you need.""They should provide access to data quality tips and tricks to make it better.""If you have resellers or distributors, you just need to figure out a way to set up the system in the backend. Since every company is different, it takes a little bit of time to figure that out.""The reporting functionality is not very intuitive.""Integration needs improvement.""It is quite expensive. It has gotten to that point where it is a lot more pricey. It has kind of got its own proprietary language for development. It is probably never going to change, but if it had a more market language for development, it would be easier to find developers. They come at a premium cost, so it is expensive."
