A rigid product that is hard to customize, has no mobile app, and is rarely updated by the vendor
There is no mobile application. The product is unmoving, as there is no obvious development or enhancements being made. When we are trying to compete in a market we need an updated product. The product is not easily customizable and we have to depend on the reseller for that. It's a rigid product. There are no reports available.

Diverse integrations assist in seamlessly aligning marketing efforts with sales tracking
Zoho CRM is flexible due to its integrations, like with Zoho Campaign, helping integrate marketing efforts with CRM processes. It offers a no-cost entry with the ability for three users to use it at no charge, which is beneficial for startups to explore the platform without financial strain. This enables me to start using the platform, handle opportunities, and get a feel before committing financially.

Pros

"Stability-wise, it is working fine with no technical faults."

"I think the whole pipeline tracking is most useful for us."
"The most valuable feature of Zoho CRM is its ease of use."

Cons

"There are no reports available."
"I have issues with the tool's scalability."
"Custom development is often necessary to make such extensive changes, and it does come with associated costs."
"I would like to see more integrations and customization options in the next release."
"The reporting for developers should be improved."
"Zoho could be more user friendly by improving the UI of the interface."
"Since Zoho CRM is not made for the enterprise kind of company, its stability for enterprise businesses could be improved."
"They should provide an option to customize modules."
"There was a challenge while deploying Zoho when we brought an API code. Because integrations "aren't perfect" for every organization."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We are paying for a subscription."
"Professional plans cost $35 per user in the USA and EUR 35 in Europe."
"If you compare the pricing with SAP, it is well priced and you are able to pay as you go."
"This solution is less expensive than Salesforce."
"I rate the product a four out of ten. The cost for Zoho CRM is not fixed; different editions are available, and the features depend on the edition chosen. Some capabilities, such as integrating with workflows, might incur additional costs, but these are well-documented and not hidden."
"We have an annual license fee that costs $12,000."
"Its price is lower than the other software."
"On a scale of one to ten, where one is a high price and ten is a low price, I rate the pricing a five. However, the pricing is fine because we chose the enterprise plan as a private limited company."
"Zoho CRM is available at a fairly average price"
