Wave flows allow shipments to process in different ways
Being a third-party specialised in online retail, the challenge is to maintain peak efficiency across various order and stock profiles across hundreds of clients, from B2B orders versus B2C orders and products ranging from an iPhone case to a three-seater couch. Orders are channeled based on their profile and processed through wave flows, which allow us to process them in the most efficient way possible.

Integration tools streamline financial operations and enhance data management
The most beneficial feature in Workato is its accessibility. The interface is easily understandable even for a common user, unlike the NetSuite ERP direct website which requires more technical knowledge. In Workato, NetSuite ERP provides options for new employee records, invoice reports, and batch files processing. The batch processing capability allows handling up to 10,000 records simultaneously, which reduces tasks and processing time significantly. Regarding scalability, NetSuite ERP offers excellent options and reduces manual interventions through automation. In the past three months, I have observed improvements in their options and data storage capabilities, showing enhanced scalability compared to previous versions.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Our business has grown and is growing at a consistent rate, and SCALE has been very scalable."
"NetSuite ERP is good for a trading company that involves buying and selling."
"I am impressed with the product's ease of use. It also helps us reduce the techstack."
"A huge plus point for me is that you're always on the latest version, with upgrades included in the subscription, and as it's a genuine cloud-based product, you don't need servers, server managers, server rooms, backups, or an IT team to organize access for you."
"It is a very solid product for finance and procure-to-pay processes."
"The most beneficial feature in Workato is its accessibility; the interface is easily understandable even for a common user, unlike the NetSuite ERP direct website which requires more technical knowledge."
"NetSuite ERP is a user-friendly cloud-based solution that posts into the GL in real time. You can see your profitability at the order level."
"I would say that the solution is highly configurable."
"In summary, NetSuite is the future and can help small/medium-sized companies to grow in automation."

Cons

"Manhattan is ahead of where the industry is heading towards, but needs a more third-party oriented approach in its product road map."
"If some company already has a very large presence, in terms of employees or in terms of their products, and they are fully matured, they have a lot of different complex processes in their business, then NetSuite might not be the right choice for that stage of the business."
"The system is quite slow overall; sometimes I wait thirty, forty, or fifty seconds for a screen to refresh."
"As with any system offering large volumes of data, there are limitations on processing large volumes of data in custom ways."
"The solution is not user-friendly and it is complex to use."
"An area for improvement in NetSuite ERP is its accounting functionality because it has certain limitations."
"What needs to be improved is the development in the other areas and other businesses that can use NetSuite."
"The product should improve its warehouse management solution."
"I have faced OPI issues during peak times when pushing and pulling data becomes very slow due to API limitations."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The price of the solution is quite high."
"When people buy ERP, it's a competitive situation and the pricing is paramount."
"It's very competitively priced due to it being a subscription model. So, clients are quite happy with the pricing. I would rate it an eight out of ten in terms of pricing."
"Pricing for NetSuite ERP is okay, but it could be better. The licensing model for NetSuite ERP is based on the number of modules and users. The standard license covers up to twenty-five users. If you have more than twenty-five users, you'll have to buy the premium license, which would double the price. For one module with five user licenses, the cost is between $40,000 to $50,000."
"It is completely on a subscription basis. We pay yearly and, and you do not have to do anything on a monthly basis. Prices depend on the organization's scale and all those things, but they are doing a good job with the pricing."
"The price is less than the cost of daily hours."
"I would advise that you first meet with and scope out your project with a NetSuite VAR (Value Added Reseller)."
"NetSuite ERP has a cost per module you want to use, and then you have the license per user."
