Centralized device control has strengthened compliance and continuously improves risk visibility
The packaging of the solution or the offering of Hexnode UEM could be improved or enhanced, because one package does not fit all. Hexnode UEM should be flexible in its solution offering. Currently, they only have around three types of licenses or packages, and whether you use the solution or the features or not, they are already included in the suite. Some products offer an a la carte solution, so in order to compete with those products, Hexnode UEM should consider repackaging the solution with respect to the region where it is being offered. The solution offered to India might not be optimal if it is offered to the Philippines or a different country, so the offering should be on a country-by-country basis or a regional basis.

Centralized iPad management has transformed student safety and classroom learning experiences
Similar to Jamf Protect, AI capabilities would be an amazing addition. Jamf Safe Internet also needs some improvement because it is very technical. We are currently blocking websites based on URLs, but it would be better to have an option to block websites based on keywords instead of URLs. While this is somewhat technical, having this capability would be better because it is always an issue to find a way to block sites based on keywords instead of URLs. Regarding room for improvement, additional features such as AI capabilities and an improved blocking mechanism would be beneficial. Jamf School has the feature to support Chromebooks as well, but because of the limitation of keyword detection and blocking, we are not using it and instead use another tool. The Chromebook support is provided, and I have heard about Windows support as well, though I have not tried it yet. Perhaps next year I can explore it. Currently, we are using Jamf School with Apple devices only, specifically iPads.
