"An opportunity for Eightfold to improve on is to open up their environment to allow us to own our application maintenance and development environment. We would like to be able to make some of the configuration changes and improvements ourselves.""There are some small product features that could be enhanced. Ease of use and the recruiter user experience could be improved. Moving through certain stages involves many clicks which can be time consuming.""We're doing user testing now, and on the calibration page, there's no publish button. I have to go to overview to publish it. It could be user error, but it would be nice to be able to easily figure out where buttons are and what they do.""There is room for improvement with regards to sourcing and attribution and to be more efficient with connecting leads.""It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record.
