Oracle HCM Cloud is easier to use than Oracle ETS. Everything is included on one page, and we no longer need to do workarounds. For example, creating elements, eligibility profiles, and formulas is much easier.

What I like best about Oracle HCM Cloud is that its configuration is okay. I also like it in terms of updates. Product updates that take place from time to time improve Oracle HCM Cloud.
What I also found valuable in the product is that since it's on cloud, you can work with it from any place.
