Basically, a kind of dynamic total, a dynamic sum up of the tables where we could tell PandaDoc to mark table one and two as the base value that is unchangeable, and table three and four correspond to optional deliverables that the client can select or not and that will naturally affect the total value.

Advanced management and seamless integration improve document workflows
The IAM tool they are providing is good, but there should be flexibility in terms of importing IAM or AI generation reviews into the normal workflows while generating documents and creating templates. DocuSign still needs to offer more built-in integration tools such as the Coupa connector. They already have many integrations, such as Google Docs and Google Drive, but some major ones are still in the pipeline. Scalability, in terms of the workflow structure and maintenance, needs improvement. If the workflow becomes heavy, the system slows down, requiring consultation with the team to get the workflow load relieved. System availability should see fewer crashes or server errors.

Digital workflows have transformed contract signing and save time with remote approvals
In my opinion, the best features PandaDoc offers include ease of template creation, integration with other tools such as HubSpot, a user-friendly interface, and customizable templates. The integration with HubSpot enhances the overall user experience for my team, especially for the less technical users. PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by being really helpful, especially as a game-changer when dealing with documents with our remote clients. We are able to send them the documents, and they can sign using their phone, so they do not have to come all the way to our office to sign the documents. They save a lot of time and cost, achieving approximately 70 to 80 percent time saved and cost savings from traveling. I also value the ability to obtain signatures from our clients, making us more efficient and saving time and money. The pricing model of PandaDoc is far superior to that of other competitors, thus being very cost-effective and affordable. It definitely helps us provide a better customer experience to retain our customers as they know we are very professional.
