Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"This solution is easy to use and it is a good tool for process modeling.""The user logic is very easy to understand, even for people who are not engineers nor developers.""It has an easy to use interface which final users accepted with much more enthusiasm than our ERP (SAP).""The approval process is simple.""Process management is easy with Bizagi; validating processes and assigning resources is straightforward.""I like the ease of use and the fact that you can download and use their free version, which is unlimited. However, while it's unlimited use, some features aren't available.""The API is pretty straightforward.""The most valuable feature is the simulation."

"The biggest benefit of using the product is identifying the issues, enabling a more flexible working method."

Cons
"For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy.""I would like to see the automation process included in the next release.""In terms of what needs improvement, the costs can be lowered.""Bizagi doesn't have integrations with other solutions, such as ERP systems. In the industry and your company, you have a lot of systems with which you need to integrate, but Bizagi doesn't have such integrations, which makes it very difficult. Its scalability can also be improved. It is good for a startup, but when you need something more complex, it is not good.""One part of the university has changed its regular desktops to Linux. This is a weak point because Bizagi doesn't run on Linux. I would like the opportunity to run the software inside of Linux.""Framework approach, which extends to reusability in tools, like Pega, for deployment management could be improved.""It should provide the ability to create a simple application. It can be used for database modeling diagrams and forms, but it should also support CRUD, that is, create, read, update and delete.""The open source version lacks the option to publish."
