Reliable cloud service enhances ERP management with advanced security features
I use Amazon AWS for ERP implementation. My responsibility is to integrate our application into the AWS cloud and provide AI solutions to the infrastructure AWS is stable and has provided a reliable infrastructure for my organization. AWS offers add-on services such as security and automated…

Stable, scalable, has zero RTO, and a knowledgeable technical support team
What I like best about Artisan Infrastructure is that it has zero RTO, and that's the beauty of this solution because that feature isn't provided by other solutions right now. Artisan Infrastructure is a pure business continuity and DR solution, which means no other solution can compete with it. It also has the capability of being a service cloud.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is easy to use."
"The most valuable features of Amazon AWS are the EC2 instance for web applications with CDN Networks."
"The scalability is a valuable feature."
"This solution is stable and reliable."
"I am very impressed by the solution's stability."
"I like that it helps us do everything really fast, and its advanced services."
"We've built several AI ML solutions and done lots of work on the GPUs available on Amazon servers. We did a lot of work around web spidering, natural language processing, and machine learning or deep learning workloads."
"Cost-effective and tolerant."

Cons

"I want to use AWS as a full solution for my website - for domain and website hosting, and everything in between - however, I was not able to find everything together."
"Amazon AWS could improve on security."
"The problem with AWS is you have to keep up with the technology. If you don't stay up to date with the technology and its latest changes then you won't know what to use in your infrastructure."
"The response time of technical support could be better."
"In a future release, I would like to see more support for AI because it is the future."
"Some services that are not used often have poor quality and need to be improved."
"Some services which were easy to use through shortcuts are now more complicated to use."
"There is room for improvement in pricing."
"What needs improvement in Artisan Infrastructure is compatibility with Linux because it only works on Windows. I also wish to see some new features in Artisan Infrastructure. In the next release of Artisan Infrastructure, I'd like it to have integration with both Linux and Mac."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing of AWS was attractive for us, so that's something that's okay at least for this transaction-based system. However, we still have some concerns about more data-driven applications or those that involve a lot of heavy uploading and downloading. So our whole data warehouse is still something that would not go into the cloud because of the pricing model."
"We are on an annual subscription for Amazon AWS."
"The solution is on a pay-as-use pricing model. The price of the solution could always be better but it is priced competitively."
"For our infrastructure, the cost is approximately $25 per device, and you have to include the other tools that we have in the cloud, for a total of approximately $200,000 per year."
"It is comparable if you add in the price structure to an on-prem solution."
"Reasonably priced and comparable to similar services."
"It's an expensive product."
"The prices are a bit high."
"Pricing for Artisan Infrastructure is competitive, though it's a little bit high because it's an excellent solution. You can expect a higher price if you buy a solution that works well. The cost of Artisan Infrastructure would depend on the server size. If I were to rate the price for Artisan Infrastructure, I'd give it a three out of five."
