Provides a lifetime warranty, is reliable, has good technical support, and includes security features
The stability is excellent. It comes with a lifetime warranty. Even if you're going through a difficult patch. If there is a failure in that scenario, it is very minor. We were never encountered that, but If it happens, it's probably due to a web party, such as a power fluctuation. Even our power supply includes a hardware replacement. As a result, there are no issues with the even power supply's lifetime warranty. In the general market, other competitor products, the power supply will not be covered, even though we are covering the power supply with a hardware replacement warranty. Which is where we have an advantage. Security features are included.

Faced deployment successfully but configuration complexity needs to be reduced
I think the layout is a bit complicated. There are so many different layers to set up, and it is very easy to miss out or make configuration mistakes because they are hierarchical. You need to be very careful about which one has been in use. Aruba ClearPass is also complicated as well. If Aruba could combine all of their products together, it would be great to have a single pane of glass. Currently, the Aruba sensor does not work together with other products. There is no single pane of glass for location configuration, so you need to log into different websites to check the user experience.

Pros

"The stability is excellent, it comes with a lifetime warranty, and even our power supply includes a hardware replacement, which gives us an advantage over competitor products where the power supply is not covered."
"You can use this solution for enterprise companies ranging from five to 5,000 users, and it is very versatile because you get both a cloud version and an on-premises version, so you can use it for unified communication."
"The stability is excellent."
"When you go on the website, everything is clear and you don't have to ask questions."
"The tool can work without distributor architecture or seller access points."
"We are very satisfied with the solution as it delivers everything we need for our wireless network, including security, authentication, and integration with other platforms."
"I have found the technical support to be one of the most valuable features."
"Aruba is a very stable system."
"The installation process was easy."
"The solution is easy to use."
"I believe their Adaptive Radio Management (ARM) in its current form provides the best automated management of transmit power and channel. It does a really good job of managing proper design and wireless environment."
"The most valuable feature of Aruba Networks Wireless WAN is centralized management. It has features like other solutions, but it's easier to manage. Aruba Networks Wireless WAN also has a tax asset benefit which is good."
"The most valuable feature of this solution is the streaming of screen sharing."

Cons

"The price could be reduced."
"Alcatel-Lucent Teldat needs to reduce its price."
"I would like to see something for remote working."
"Aruba's technical support has room for improvement."
"This solution needs different models that are more specialized for certain customers."
"The customization options could be improved."
"The internet signal and the connection can be better."
"Sometimes, the configuration part of Aruba Networks Wireless WAN can be complex, and if you fail to understand the product at once, you may not even know about some features that you can apply to your network, and they may go unused."
"Support is a little expensive. It's also a little tricky to configure Aruba sometimes. For example, if we want to whitelist a device, it works in unexpected ways. I want to allow this device to connect somewhere, and it lets it connect to any device in the network. Let's say I want to allow my phone to connect to the network printer, but if I add my phone to the white list, I automatically allow my phone to connect to any other devices, and it's not secure."
"Support is a little expensive. It's also a little tricky to configure Aruba sometimes."
"There’s a bit of complexity in the initial setup."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There is a one-time licensing fee. There is no need to renew it."
"The solution's licensing costs are one-time. It is not expensive. I rate its pricing a four out of ten. It provides us with a lifetime warranty."
"I don't find this solution expensive but pricing is relative."
"The product's price is within range since it has a lower price."
"That's really subject to the type of environment you're deploying. If you're doing a full controller model with 200 APs, the initial deployment could be 150 grand. Maintaining that or maintaining support for that per year could be something like 10 to 15 grand per year. In the cloud sense, the cloud is by the number of APs. So, everything is readily available."
"The solution is expensive."
"The pricing is cheaper in comparison to similar products."
"I rate the product's price an eight on a scale of one to ten, where one is the lowest ,and ten is the highest."
"You will need to pay an annual subscription cost."
"The licenses are available as both perpetual or yearly."
"Aruba Wireless comes with the controller."
