Business processes are automated efficiently with a well-designed interface
There is room for improvement in integrations and customizations for AgilePoint and other low-code, no-code solutions. Additionally, the marketing of such products should be more honest. They often claim to solve all process automation needs, but they only handle problems of certain complexity. AgilePoint cannot handle highly complex processes like ERPs.

Any technology comes with two things, or rather anything in this world has both sides, good and bad. LLMs also have the same thing. The bad part is for a person who is 100% dependent on AI because they won't be able to learn more if they are 100% dependent on that. The main thing is that there has to be restraint from our side. I won't say it is from the tool side, but from our side, we need to learn and we need to work on it. We need to review the code. That is one thing that we need to do from our end. From a technology perspective, it is designed to help us out, and it is totally on our side of thinking about how exactly we are going to use that. There is not any area for improvement from the tool side, but it is from the users altogether. Users should not be 100% reliant on AI or any LLMs. They need to work on it and they need to review the code.

"GitHub CoPilot is easy to set up as it only requires enabling certain settings."
"The platform's most valuable feature is detecting and suggesting variables based on the existing file context."
"GitHub Copilot can improve productivity by up to 40%, especially for experienced developers. Senior developers often spend more time reviewing code, which can make the code review process a bit longer."
"When I write code, I feel like I have someone sitting with me to help me. Wherever I'm stuck, I just ask a question, and it provides guidance that I can use."
"Things which were taking like two days are now finished within half an hour."

Cons

"Technical support is very slow to respond and they need to be quicker in getting back to clients when problems arise."
"Integrations and customizations should be improved in AgilePoint and other low-code solutions."
"While the platform is good and it has a lot of options, I would like to see more alternative features in future versions such as connectors to IDM."

"There's room for improvement to ensure that suggestions align more precisely with the context of what I'm seeking, minimizing instances of unrelated or inaccurate code suggestions."
"Users should not be 100% reliant on AI or any LLMs."
"Some of the suggestions provided by GitHub CoPilot are not accurate, making it an area of concern where improvements are required."
"The product's price is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"One drawback is that the solution sometimes suggests unwanted code, especially if I accidentally press the tab. This doesn't happen often. Sometimes it seems to understand my code, but other times it doesn't. This inconsistency is confusing."
"There is a lot of hallucination happening in GitHub CoPilot sometimes; on one side, it provides production-grade environment code, but on the other side, it lacks understanding the context of what I tell it and hallucinates a lot."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Price-wise, AgilePoint is a cheap tool and a standard application for running analytics in an IT environment."
"It is more cost-effective than local tools."
"I think the price is reasonable."
"I believe the pricing has changed recently. We had purchased one license per server, and it was about $2,000. It was a one-time payment. It's possible that they have recently implemented a new cost structure and now have yearly subscriptions."
"The solution is costly."
"It's affordable."
"There is a need to pay around 10 USD to be able to use the solution."
"GitHub CoPilot's pricing is reasonable. Our licensing costs were initially monthly, but then we switched to yearly payments. I rate the tool's pricing an eight out of ten."
"Each user needs their license, whether it's a big team or a small team."
"A personal license is priced at ten dollars per month, while a professional or enterprise license costs nineteen dollars per user, and these rates are consistent for all users."
"The product has a tiered pricing model that starts with a free version for individual developers but requires a separate license fee for enterprise use."
"GitHub Copilot is a paid service, costing approximately $6 per month. There might be a free trial available."
