A user-friendly solution that is quite easy to integrate with other tools
We are using the solution in our company for extracting details from invoice copies In our company, using the solution, we have seen that overall automation is quite easy. The output and time for developing the process are quite less. It's worth noting that ABBYY Vantage employs both AI and…

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I give the price a six out of ten."
"I'd give ABBYY Vantage's pricing a rating of seven out of ten."
"Its price should be a little lower. It is a lot higher than the competition, and if they just break the gap a little, then more people might jump onto their product. Their price is definitely a deterrent in the few cases that I remember. They have monthly and yearly options, and if you want, they also have per project and per page options. They do charge extra for different types of installation. They have the standalone, which is pretty straightforward and a lot cheaper than the server installation. Server installation gives you a lot more, and it gives you control over the environment."
"Its price is a little bit high and can be lower. Its licensing is very expensive. I don't remember exactly, but for each page, it is about four or seven cents, which is too expensive."
"The cost is per page we use. So, the number of pages we use will be its cost."
"It costs 5,000 Euro per year for one license. There are almost 500,000 pages available, so I think the price is good for what we have. It's worth the money."
"We were able to qualify for a reasonable price. The price is in the low to medium range compared to other solutions."
"ABBYY is fairly priced."

What needs improvement with ABBYY Vantage?
While I understand that ABBYY eventually addressed the communication issue and apologized for it, the initial lack of response was frustrating. A simple explanation at the beginning could have prev...
