AWS Direct Connect allows me to connect our on-premise infrastructure directly with AWS infrastructure.
AWS Direct Connect offers secure, encrypted, scalable, and fast connectivity between on-premise and AWS infrastructure, featuring robust network performance with low latency. However, interpreting terminologies and configuring BGP can be challenging. While providing high availability and failover, stability, traffic visibility, and throughput security need enhancement. There is demand for cross-cloud support, especially for disaster recovery between AWS and other cloud providers like Azure. Improved stability and connectivity would benefit large-scale operations.
