I don't see ISO 27001 in the solution. While working on the solution, sometimes a customer needs to have a conformity level of SOC 1 or SOC 2 or some other conformity level. I did not see the aforementioned conformity levels added to the solution. Concerning a bank, data can be confidential, and when a bank needs to transfer such data, it has to be specific to a certain level of conformity, which I did not see in the product. Vade needs to incorporate the aforementioned aspects to improve their solution.

Technical support is provided to the customers by my company. Our company provides support to our customers regarding the use of the platform.
How was the initial setup?
My company has no worries about the deployment phase of Vade for Office 365.
The solution can be deployed in around three days for companies functioning with around 200 employees.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Vade for Office 365 is a solution offered at competitive prices in the market. The price for the solution is around 25 per year for a single user.
There are no separate payments to be made to avail of the functionalities offered by Vade. Payment has to be made for the whole bundle of Vade products.
It is good to have the full bundle of products offered by Vade since it provides full protection and is the best way to stay protected.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I am not evaluating other solutions at the moment. The only evaluations done were to gain knowledge of the products in the market.
What other advice do I have?
I am satisfied with the performance of Vade for Office 365.
Regarding the documentation provided by Vade, I can access some information on the website or contact Vade's distributor.
The product is very much visible in the market since it has been successful in providing protection to over a billion mailboxes in the market.
I recommend others to use the solution.
