The best features of the solution are the fact that there are real people behind it who watch the alerts and then escalate as required, and the fact that there is an immediate support team or SOC team behind it if we have any questions. It integrates well with our Microsoft environment. It was really easy to get going with it and get the visibility with basically a few clicks. The reporting is good and it's pretty fast as well. The threat detection feature is working and protecting. It's been detecting unsanctioned VPNs. We've had to investigate somebody that was using a VPN that we weren't aware of. It's been actively working for us for the last month or so.
