It worked fine and was very reliable, though the throughput tended to be a bit slow

What is our primary use case?

Our first storage in our first steps towards virtualisation. It worked fine and was very reliable, though the throughput tended to be a bit slow. We used it for another four years after the service agreement ended.

How has it helped my organization?

We went from 24 hardware servers to four hardware ESX hosts. All 24 servers were turned into virtual machines. This was done within our time schedule and they performed well.
