It's a record from the hiring team, so it saves time and effort for me to schedule a time with the client to brief the job. Also, I assume it saved a lot of time for hiring companies to schedule with different recruiters to do the job briefing repeatedly.
2. The interview request can be made automatically on the platform instead of back and forth through email.
3. With instant communication tools, the hiring team is more engaging.
