Easy to use, helps place candidates fast, and provides instant notifications
It helped me to place candidates much easier and faster. For example: 1. The job is much more thoroughly presented with a job description, and everything a recruiter needs to know is already well presented when you pick up the job. I love the audio briefing function. It's a record from the hiring team, so it saves time and effort for me to schedule a time with the client to brief the job. Also, I assume it saved a lot of time for hiring companies to schedule with different recruiters to do the job briefing repeatedly. 2. The interview request can be made automatically on the platform instead of back and forth through email. 3. With instant communication tools, the hiring team is more engaging.

Automation has transformed hire to retire processes and delivers powerful HR analytics
In Workday Human Capital Management, I feel that the security part needs to be improved. Workday gives complete control to the implementers regarding security and who is going to see what data. There are sometimes loopholes that are not identified unless fully tested. If Workday had a security alert system, even a small alert would help the security architect secure all information better, especially sensitive data such as payroll. Additionally, customization is another area of improvement, as Workday provides a default blue and yellow theme, which may not align with a company's branding. If Workday provided the option to customize themes based on a company's preferences, it would enhance the user experience.

Pros

"The job is much more thoroughly presented with a job description, and everything a recruiter needs to know is already well presented when you pick up the job."
"I'm happy with the features Workday offers. But in particular, Core HCM is the best."
"There is a lot of scope for customization with this solution"
"What I appreciate best about Workday is the recruiting component."
"Workday is highly intuitive from a customer experience perspective, and it was effortless for us to understand what to do even though we didn't have any related training, making it easy to use without guidance."
"The interface of Workday is superior; it is easy and clear, everything is organized effectively, and I enjoy using Workday extensively."
"The solution was very good at reconfiguration and customization of their software. It helped us to meet federal regulations."
"The unique selling point of Workday is its easy-to-use user interface, which is quite difficult in other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion."
"I would highly recommend it to anyone."

Cons

"It would be great to have a mobile version in the future."
"They could provide a web chatbot feature in the dashboard for Workday."
"The ability to drive more analytics on a customizable level would be helpful."
"The UI, UX (user experience) is very bad. It is not very interactive."
"They don't offer any backend database access. This is one limitation that I found in this product."
"It does not integrate with some of the career management softwares, like LinkedIn."
"Also, while the browser is powerful, the mobile app is so limited it is mostly useless."
"Workday has several helpful features. It has categorized payroll processes into sections, such as CTC separation and pay slips. It also provides detailed information on promotions and salary hikes, showing changes from the previous year to the current year. This includes a clear view of the new CTC and the monthly paycheck breakdown."
"They don't have worker payroll in the product. We have to solve our payroll. I hope one day they will be able to have their own localized standard payrolls for all countries."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The pricing for this solution is fairly high. It is not affordable for small and mid-sized companies."
"I need to pay for a license. It is expensive."
"Its price is pretty high. It is more expensive than what is offered by other competitors in the market."
"Each module comes with an additional cost. It operates on a mid-price model. So, there is an additional payment for each module needed. The solution might be costlier for smaller companies, making it more suitable for mid to large-sized enterprises."
"It is on a yearly basis."
"I would rate the solution’s pricing a six out of ten."
"Workday is an expensive solution."
"You have the license fee per module, and then you have a kind of annual training fee, which is a kind of add-on. I wouldn't say it is exhaustive; it is minor. Licensing is pretty transparent for most of the part."
