Easy to setup and stable solution

What is most valuable?



It's a good product for us. The reports and notifications are very good for us. 


What needs improvement?



There is room for improvement in pricing. 

In future releases, I would like to see improvements in EDR protection. 

So, the only thing that I would like to see in the future is EDR protection and a lower price for F-Secure Total.


For how long have I used the solution?



I have been using this solution for two years now. I currently use the latest version. 


What do I think about the stability of the solution?



It is a stable solution.


What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



It is a scalable solution. We can easily scale and improve security, but the cost is high for us. There are about 60 end users using this solution. 

We don't plan to increase further usage. 


How are customer service and support?



The support is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?



I worked with Trend Micro. It was on-premises. We wanted a cloud environment, so we switched to F-Secure Total.


How was the initial setup?



The initial setup was very easy. 

I would rate my experience with the initial setup a nine out of ten, with one being difficult and ten being easy to set up.  The deployment took a short time. 


What about the implementation team?



We have one administrator for the solution. 


What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?



The product is expensive for us. 

We pay a little fee for the vendor data systems in some cases.


What other advice do I have?



Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. It is a good product. You can pay for a license and try the solution.
