Dice Tech Recruiting is very easy, very helpful, and very useful in the day-to-day activities of a sourcer. Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I think the platform is very secure and reliable to work on. I find the accuracy and reliability of output good. For example, when we need a Java developer and we use the string to search, the results generally show only Java developers. I chose a rating of 10 because it is very easy to understand and very useful for work.

On average, I would say at least four to eight positions have been filled by the team of two to three recruiters, and we also need to fill a position within a week, whereas we used to fill one to two positions in a week as well sometimes, depending on how many positions we have from the business. I would suggest to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting to go with Dice without having any other thoughts in mind because this is one of the good platforms where you get good results when searching for technical roles. Dice Tech Recruiting is one of the good platforms I would suggest for anyone to opt for the portal. I would rate this solution a 9 overall.
