What is your primary use case for Oracle CRM?

As a consultant, I work with various products, including Oracle; Oracle is my base field because I myself was an Oracle consultant in the early phase of my life. I mostly work with Oracle E-Business Suite, the ERP product. The product's name is E-Business Suite. I used to work with all Oracle ERP products and CRM products, including Oracle CRM, and apart from that, I also worked in Salesforce and SAP.

I use Oracle CRM for sales purposes.

This is the first time we're using it with Oracle CRM; prior to that, it was manual auditing, not automated or security and compliance management. We are an Oracle shop, so we use the entire suite for Oracle for database, CRM, ERP; it's pretty much all Oracle driven from that point. We are using Oracle CRM and have a partnership with Oracle as an enterprise partner. Since we're a telecommunications company, we manage our entire subscriber base with Oracle CRM, as well as our contractors, employment staff; all of it is through.

We use Oracle CRM for managing customer online interactions, managing lists, affinity, and online quoting. Additionally, it helps in creating task lists for salespeople to approach customers and review the customer's structure on the system to establish relationships between various entities such as customers and suppliers.

I use it for deal registrations, pipeline reviews, approvals on financials and offers, and some sort of course reports to management regarding the pipeline review as well. I don't use it for marketing activities, but for sales, it's good. It has good visibility and monitoring that makes it easier to view and review my pipeline.

My main use case for Oracle CRM is managing leads. I input all relevant information about the leads, such as company details, contacts, and pain points. Then, I schedule meetings to understand the company's needs better, provide demos or presentations if necessary, and negotiate proposals. If everything goes well, I aim to close the deal.

I take care of the deployment part of any IT infrastructure while also getting involved in the integration process of Oracle CRM with any other third-party products. Oracle CRM is a product that is usually integrated with BI solutions. At times, Oracle CRM is integrated with ERP systems. In general, Oracle CRM is a tool that is not hard to integrate with other products in the market. Every company has to go through a phase of dealing with integrations of every kind of component in their environment.

We use the solution for request management, call center case management, and contact management. We also do some campaign management.

Our extensive client portfolio includes universities, enterprises, and government clients.

We mainly use Oracle CRM for customer information. When the client makes a call and complains about service dysfunctionality, we check the CRM to see if they bought in the data or exhausted it. The solution provides us with detailed statistics and based on that, we can offer a solution or refer that query to the billing application.

We use the product for many modules, like HR and financial management.

Regarding use cases, we use it as a customer relationship management tool in our call center. Also, it is used for field purposes like campaigns and to get sales percentages.

We do use a customized version of the solution. We use the solution as a finance HRM and for procurement, satellite management, security management, project planning and project monitoring. Our use case is very broad.

The solution is used to manage our customer relationships and drive sales.

Our primary use case for this solution is securing databases.

While using CRM I was a consultant making business analysis, high-level analysis making the implementation, and training the users on how to use the application. I was also doing testing and go-live with the production. I'd use it for requirement gathering from the customer and then map it to the application, implement it, fill the gaps, and make some workarounds. Sometimes we needed to use some development and then we tested it and put it live.

Oracle CRM is primarily used as a backend database for applications and for maintaining an archive of customer data.

This use this solution for automatic tooling.

Oracle CRM is used for sales activities. We can create customers, opportunities, codes submitted, reporting, and forecasting.

The solution is implemented for our company. We use it for internal users, our employees, and some customers. The solution is deployed on-prem.

I consult clients mostly in the hospitality sector that use Oracle CRM.

We are using this solution for a customer loyalty program in an airline company.

I was responsible for the Oracle financial department. We use Oracle to keep all of the providers in their perspective sites. We have all of the financial aspects with Oracle, the payments, the bills and we manage the accounting with the ERP. I was in charge of looking for the providers who were the best suited for one school. We requested the DRSP to send to the providers and to analyze it with the team in order to select the current one and hire them. I was with the project from the start to the implementation process and the post-implementation process also, to be able to stabilize the system.

We use the solution to approach potential customer from the prospection to the sale.

We mainly use it for the units related to marketing and lead management. We are using the latest version.
