I have limited experience with the templates in Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager. Our organization hasn't fully utilized the solution beyond checking compliance scores and adjusting basic settings. The first attempt to use a default template caused disruptions, leading to policy deactivation. Currently, our compliance score sits at 68%. The compliance score breakdown shows 0% for Governance information and Control assets, indicating minimal policy implementation. We are simply a customer - a law firm subscribed to Microsoft 365 products. I plan to read more about the compliance manager and its potential benefits for our organization. This review rates Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager 8 out of 10.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager six. It is easy to start using yet it is not very intuitive. The lack of direct training and user forums for specific queries is a concern. Despite mandatory use in some scenarios, it is not user-friendly compared to other tools.

I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. If potential users don't think about the price and consider their environment, especially if they have a Mircosoft environment, it's the best solution in terms of DLP.

Since it's lacking some features, at least from what I've observed, and licensing is pretty atrocious, I would rate it a seven out of ten.
